Having build over 500 pcs for people,Even stock pc parts,whose quality is far better than any console parts,out perform it at least 3 times over.Example,last month i build a pc for a 15 year old pc student a 350$ pc with a r9 290 8gb,i5 4570 and 8 gb ram,far faster than a console and with lots of uses.

sli evga 1080s,5820k.OC is about 19 tflops,with a far better cpu.
when the ps4 gpu is 60$ and it mb 45$......Even a 750 ti is 70.
The exact opposite for me.Havent touched a console since 2003 and it doesn't have a single good strategy game,when i have 92 on my pc.Also,i have exactly 987 mods for all of my games,and all of the free.
@TomatoDragon i have spent 1500 hours alone in Age of mythology and 2000 in edain mod.Yes,i have played all of them for many hours,which take about 20% of my gaming library.
My pc currently is 10 times stronger than a ps4,i have 595 steam games for 760 euro,i made back its 1800 euro price in 45 days by working on it and all of its parts have 5 year warranty.The only con a pc can have is people who dont knoe how to use a pc.
Working with my pc makes me money.A console dosent.

Such as baldurs gate,dragon age origins,neverwinter nights,knights of the Old Republic,jade Empire,mass Effect.And they have witcher 1,2,3.I thibk cdpr dosent really measure up...
If you decide to make it for pc,as always for 17 years now,please dont simplify controls,ui and dumb down features for a potential console version.Make it as complex,micromanaging and clever as you can,and you will see millions of sales.
