Did they tested it on a ssd?Game looks below average graphically so i dont see any mid level pc not playing this on at least 1440p/high settings.

@SweatyFlorida evga 970 was 143$ at microcenter at 2015.At least 30 of my friends bought 970 for 150-160$,290 for 120-130$.50% off i7 and i5 cpus.Pc parts are way higher quality,new or used.

Why would you limit yourself at 400$?Dosent the ps4 have yearly fee?My cousins pc from last year is 505$ and it has a 143 $ msi 970 from microcenter,i5 4670k 4,4 ghz,8 gb ram,1 tb wd blue,550 seasonic psu,corsair case,kingston 128 gb ssd,asus z97 mb.Win 7 was 10$.Along with much lower game prices,a much better deal than the upgraded ps4.
Sure,where a pc 480 is 6.0 tflops(OC) and the ps4s 480 4.2 tflops,with same architecture,isnt 1:1 ratio???Not when a 970 is 150$ and is faster than a pc 480.Dont forget the ps4 very slow cpu.For 2016,the "new" ps4 is inperformance,about a 3,5-4/10 pc,quite behind from the mid entry 970.
