Low-Medium settings and ultra settings PC fps gap is bigger than the avg consoles fps.The old 290 is easily has easily 3 times the performance of a ps4,and even with a 4th gen i5,which destroys the consoles tablet cpu,the fps gap gets even bigger.
Or it just looks quite worse and stripped down since they presented the game at the 2015 pc gaming show.
Nexus has alredy all the mods the game needs to be fixed,if this edition inludes any.
Low recommended specs,but make sense with the big downgrade the game suffered.
Scorpio is AMD tflops and has a very weak cpu compared to mid or high end pcs,so its not 50% less powerful,but much much slower,and by when it comes out,even slower..My 1080 at 2063mhz,at wither 3,has about 60 avg at 4k/ultra and sli it goes up to about 95-100.

I will wait for the pc copy to go down in price,and for 4k texture overhaul mod because this looks subpar,even though my sli 1080s at 4k will help with most of the low quality textures.
Well,its far and extremely better than 60 fps.But i take 4k,90 fps instead 1440p 150-160 fps.
@Gaming_Cousin Never been on reddit.Of all the pc gamers i know,close to 200 at person,the worst combo i know of is 4690k/970.i have sli evga 1080s,5820k for my gaming pc and for my workstation Xeon E5-2697/PNY Quadro K5200 8GB/128 gb ram.
The 970/i5 combo is the avg pc gaming rig today and has almost 4 times the performance of a console at the same settings.i wouldnt call the gtx 480,which is faster than the console gpus,avg for today.For todays pc standards,its not even a 2/10 gpu.

Comparing an oc nvidia titax x,paired with a i7 or an oc i5 to consoles is like comaparing a buggati to a diesel fiat 500.

A potato can play this 1080p/60 fps.
1080p at lower than pc low settings,with 30fps avg and dips to 15fps(Witcher 3).
