2 girls one cup or Zelda for the CD-I.
God help us all if those two markets reach each other.
ok, That's just retarded right there. you don't put a console that has sold 17 million on the "worst consoles ever made" list.
Fanboys.
Wow, ok so at least 4 of us owned that thing.
Ya know, it wasn't bad the first time through a game. erm...ok it wasn't bad for the first time through the first 10 minutes or so. OK OK it was bad...
I remembered that I had one, but I couldnt for the life of me think of what the name of the console was.
I think I managed to get it on clearance, so it was no big loss.
I'm with you there. I have the HD-DVD drive (bought it because of the 5 free movies which at $25 a movie was a hell of a deal), and I have a PS3.
Because of the HD-DVD drive's limited support for newer audio formats I bought it just for the hd-dvd exclusives. My PS3 is the main movie viewing device (Even though it also has issues with newer audio formats, like DTS-HD, and it doesn't sound like it supports TRUE-HD in 7.1 only 5.1).
360 wasn't designed around HD ...
Oh man, we worked THIS hard to get Jeff Minter to crawl back into his hole...
Giving everyone a free copy of Space Giraffe might inspire him to make more .... "games"
(I KEEEED I keeed. Space giraffe was actually pretty interesting).
Actually...I WOULD like a free copy of space giraffe. People who "Get it" love it. It's just a REALLY hard game to fully comprehend.
personally I'm skeptical that the gameplay experience will be worth squat.
Hell RDP on the local LAN here is slow (not NEARLY as slow as VNC), I can't imagine trying to stream a video game's video and audio...
http://www.streammygame.com...
Some of you just don't seem to understand ... So read this.
you aren't actually running the game on the PS3...you are running the game on a host PC and then just streaming the video/audio to the PS3. So OpenGL/DirectX doesn't matter.
AGAIN....you are STREAMING THE VIDEO/AUDIO to the client. You are not actually RUNNING the game on linux.
I have another game that allows calibration...but it's pretty pointless. You move a bit and it's off again. So I don't count that exactly.
Point is you don't use it to "sight" aim, and unfortunately people will think that's what it's for.
you are an idiot if you think this is meant to be used like a light gun where you literally AIM at the exact spot on the TV. That's not how the sensor bar works.
you are an idiot.
This is a NEWS SITE. Go host your own site if you want to post crap like this.
yeah, why would we want to TAKE A NEWS SITE seriously. I mean, of all things...what are we thinking.
whatever you say chuckie.
The A.I. didn't do anything I haven't seen before in other games.
Hell with that...
JOHN DIMAGGIO
...
BENDER !!! Other than Maurice LaMarche (THE Master of voice over acting), I think Bender is one of my favorite all time voices in cartoons.
Wii Sports bowling drinking game:
After each frame you bowl you drink however many pins are left. So if on the first attempt you get 5 and on the second attempt you get 3, then you have to drink 2.
If you bowl a strike everyone else drinks 2. If you bowl a spare everyone else drinks 1.
Obviously not meant to be played using shots. It's hard to make it through a 3+ player game. :)
Yeah...THAT is what all this fuss is about. One man without a Job.
*slaps forehead*
And here I thought it was all about the validity of Gamespot's reviews. Glad you showed up to steer me towards the right path...
So Eidos should hire him. That'd be the ultimate FU to gamespot.
JeffK worked on C&C3, Im sure they can find something for Gertsmann to do :)
Dear <insert deity of choice here>,
I don't ask for much. I was hoping you could do more with some other games recently, but you are a busy, and NOBODY was expecting Lair to turn out the way it did. But I'm begging you, please let this game capitalize on the incredible potential it appears to have.
Thank you <again, insert deity of choice here>
