Yeah, Amazon Prime used to be great, now it kind of sucks. For streaming they've got too many titles that they'll still charge you for, and the free 2-day shipping sometimes takes as 4-5 days.
I dropped it as soon as a graduated. Amazon Prime Student was worth it for $50 a year, but twice that? Eh, not so much.
Though I tend to doubt that BestBuy has a better program.
I'll believe it when I see it. CDPR has the complex story thing down pat, but so far none of their villains have been very memorable.
Famitau only scores games... they don't do reviews.
Why would they not?
Because there's no indication that they do.
I'm not super far into the game, but so far I've seen all of zero real-time elements (unless you're talking about those dull QTEs) and even lower-level enemies take way too long to kill. It' just a matter of standing in front of them, passively selecting an ability and circling around enemies while waiting on cooldown timers.
If this is the most exciting and interesting combat you've seen in a long time, I can only assume you're either not playing many...
...It's gonna be tough deciding whether or not to import or try waiting for an (admittedly very) unlikely localization announcement....
Don't worry. Lots of people don't have the slightest ****ing clue what words like "publisher" mean. Especially at a place like N4G.
Vita has been pretty sparse for a while. Like it or not, both the Vita and PS3 are effectively dead platforms, at least in the West.
We do still have two more Kiseki games to look forward to, though, on both platforms. That's more than enough quality to go around.
...Please don't be an asshole. There are more than enough assholes on the Internet already.
Gone Home has been out long enough that everyone should know exactly what kind of game it is going in... in other words, there's no real justification for more butthurt beyond your own laziness and incompetence.
And there's more than enough Butthurt on the Internet already. Like being an asshole, it's really not something you should go out of your way t...
Can we please stop pretending Famitsu reviews games? It's an enormous disservice to everyone who isn't employed by Famitsu.
Just, please, don't go all butthurt on the Internet if you don't like it.
Ooh! Arc the Lad is finally coming! About time.
TBH, I think the ideal Mass Effect game is an episodic thing where you hop from one self-contained story/planet to another, just being a Space Cop Jedi.
DAI was great in many respects... but terrible in many others.
Most notably the writing.
I feel like Bioware has just completely given up on the whole idea of a narrative arc, or villain.
I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed with XCX. Okay, yeah, the combat is tedious and dull and the character creation deeply flawed... but goddamn is the Planet Mira gorgeous. It's easily one of the most beautiful games ever made, and it's certainly one of the most fun fantasy/alien planet worlds out there.
Many few?
Anyway, yeah: the 3DS is looking to have its best year so far in 2016. No idea how the WiiU will hold up this year, though. Unless Nintendo's got a fair number of unannounced titles waiting in the wings, I don't think it'll be too exciting.
Nintendo deserves "Best Publisher of 2016" because of Dragon Quest.
Square-Enix deserves "Worst Publisher of 2016" because of Dragon Quest.
Nothing to see here, folks.
The whole point of Kiseki games is the slow burn. That way, when the shit does hit the fan, you actually care about the characters and the world.
Which is something to be applauded.
Well, at least they're fucking over Japanese fans for once, instead of just us Westerners.
