I just couldn't get myself to fork over $40 for a game that is so widely debated as to whether or not it's a demo. I'd hate to see more "demos" costing money because I probably wouldn't ever know if the game was worth buying til I paid to try the demo. It's just too steep of a price.
One thing I've learned is there will always be someone that will complain about something.
I know you're trying to be unbiased in your statement, but to say that your PS3 is as likely to break as a 360 is just crazy. You're still being biased, but just in reverse by saying that. The stats clearly show PS3s don't break anywhere near the amount that 360s do.
If that's biased, then I guess reality has a bias against 360s as well.

I've never been a UT fan. It's just a bit old school for me, and don't get me wrong, the old school games were good.. but when they were new. Now when there are choices like COD4, why go back?
Uncharted and Ratchet aren't exactly what you would call mainstream games. MGS4 is along the same lines as Gears of War, only better.
And 360'ers don't buy games; their parents do.

To be honest, the NBA 2K series is probably the most realistic sports series out there. Their baseball sucks though. And I was only a fan of their football in the Dreamcast days. They're great developers, and EA knows this. M$ just doesn't want to get into another price bidding war when they're already trying (or tried?) to acquire Yahoo. From a growth standpoint, with the developers Take Two has, the only thing Take Two needs consistently is to come up with great game ideas. Their development is second to none. Besides, who needs excellent developers when a mediocre game like Halo will sell almost just as well?
So, you'd rather your friends come over and then go to different rooms of the house and everyone is isolated? Yeah, that's the best way to spend time with friends. Have you played Warhawk with 4 players splitscreen online? Splitscreen is still a part of gaming and always will be. Not many people are going to get 2 TVs together, let alone 2 gaming systems, just to play on their own screen.
I don't know why anyone is agreeing with you. Sure, history is written by the winners, but to deny that the holocaust was not evil is just something else. How many must a dictator slaughter to become evil?? 6 million+ not enough?
The main problem to me, seems to be that while movies enjoy front running advertising whenever a blockbuster comes out, most video games tend to just "come out" in the casual gamer's mind.

Begs the question: what else is there to play on the Wii? Should be no surprise. Plus with how many Wiis there are out there, 300k isn't a huge number for a (probably) good game on the Wii. Mario Kart still has a good rep from the 64 days, and to some extent even the SNES days.
Are the hardcore gamers going to admit now that GTA 4 is truly going to drive more PS3 sales?

The DLC is not going to increase 360 sales, and it will only be bought by those with both systems already that know about DLC. Waste of $50 million I say.
Only ads I've seen so far show both console's cases.
