Am I oblivious, have I gone senile in my old age? I've literally never heard of this game. I think calling a Chinese RPG of any description "classic" implies that you grew up in China.
Fallout 3 and Bioshock Infinite are the rarest games of all time.
How can this even be a question? No one knows. It's also subjective. Better make an HOUR LONG VIDEO gushing about how much I love R&C.
Final Fantasy 16 has been great for n4g traffic.
You know damn well "traditional Final Fantasy" means turn based, 3 or 4 member party, job system, with amusing mini games to break up the cutscene tedium.
I think the problem old heads have with the new FF is the fact that the old FF is so steeped in nostalgia, most people probably don't remember how uncomfortable some of the old titles are to play. Hidden mechanics you need a strategy guide to even discover, lost forever items, and choices that don't seem...
So?
Man, who cares? Y'all wait with bated breath at every moment for any single peep of news about a thing that doesn't really affect you. Do you own an Xbox or gaming PC? Then nothing will change for you whatsoever.
Funny how this game has nothing but 9s and 10s out of 10, but the people actually playing the game say it's fucked. Grim Dawn has got my back.
Some deep cuts. Parasite Eve, sure, fair. Einhänder?? Great game, but shmups are pretty dead. It's not going to be a top priority over at SE to remaster a PS1 shmup. We're already getting the remake of Super Mario RPG this year. Chrono Trigger seems like it should get a remake, and why the fuck not?
So did Activision just make Nintendo's announcement for them? To my knowledge there has been no confirmation of a successor to the Switch.
Hyper Dimension was so good, also loved the Super Botouden games.
Tribalism is so lame.
Divinity Original Sin 2 is on consoles.
Super awesome that Baldur's Gate is getting all this press. People want good RPGs. Plain and simple.
One wonders what other important court cases could be taking place outside of the neverending saga of 2 of the worst companies in gaming.
Right, but when 75% of the articles every single day on N4G is about the MS AB buyout, it's getting grating.
I've never been upset with how a mobile game looks. They generally look exactly like how much they're trying to fleece you for MTXs. So if it has lots of timers and meters everywhere, I'm not gonna play it, because it's one big funnel from your wallet to the publishers bank account. My biggest gripe with mobile gaming is control. Not having tactile feedback ruins gaming. Period. Expecting people to carry around a controller to play a mobile game is asinine.
The devs finished the game didn't they?
Everyone here just got baited into giving the most milquetoast "talent over diversity" lukewarm takes on this story. Let me know how running your billion dollar company goes.
No they don't. OEMs lose money on hardware, and no one is buying xbox's anyway. This is a turning point for Xbox. Simply doing what Sony does won't be their answer.
