30FPS is really good. As long as it stays consistant than its fine. I have seen recent vids of ME2 and they look really amazing. All the last bit of detail are put on the character models. BioWare is pushing the Mass Effect series to a whole new level. I have never more anticipated for a game in my life. Long live BioWare!! Happy gaming! Cheers! :D
I dont see a 360 slim anytime soon in the future. The Valhalla chipsets are already slated for this year. A unified CPU and GPU with billed die sizes of 65nm or 45nm. The Xbox 360 is a damn good system, I am glad I bought one. But the problems I have had with it are just a pain. I just wished MS could have taken their time to fix those issues but.... I guess money had its ways through MS.
After my last breakdown, I have taken extra good care of my 360, leaving it near a window...
I think this is a great way to relieve data compression. Just have the campaign on 1 disc and the multiplayer on another. I wouldn't mind switching discs, but I still have not decided which version to get. I was planning on the PS3 version but I might get a new graphics card soon.... I will just have to wait and see..

MotherShip Zeta was alright... In my opinion, their were too many run and gunning sequences. The story was weak all around, and the new characters were not very interesting. Broken Steel and Point Lookout were the best out of the 5 DLC's. The Pitt was cool. Luckily though, I did not get buggy version. Operation Anchorage, well... It was kind of boring until that part where you accessed the armory in the end.
I can't wait to see what Bethesda does in the future with Fallout 3. B...

I really liked this trailer. It gave a sense at what the mood and atmosphere is for Alan Wake. But people, keep in mind that this is not a horror game. Alan Wake is not suppose to scare you. This is a [psychological] action [thriller]. Thrillers offer more to narration than what you see in horror games. Strong narration from thrillers such as the movies, Memento, Fight Club, and Insomnia, give a sense of stronger elements of mental danger... Not usually physical.

I think Valve should just create a new engine for their games. Like a "Source Engine 2" perhaps... The current source engine has been used for YEARS and I am sad to say that yes, most of the games are starting to look very outdated. But don't get me wrong, it's a very good engine, but Valve has to try something new..
Ahh yes.. This is the processor I plan on getting in the future. I always found AMD to be more reliable and cheaper than Intel. Especially with the current i7's, they cost a pretty penny. I have had my QX6850 for a LONG time, but its hard to upgrade all the time because money is a bit tight. I hope I can get this soon. :(

Wow. Props to BioWare. Mass Effect 2 is going to be a big step up from ME1. Thane's character model is very well detailed. I can't wait to see more of Thane in the future. No more texture pop-in, no more Framerate hiccups, more detailed characters. BioWare just took ME2 to a whole new level.

Wow.. Nice rig. I am feeling like my setup is getting pretty outdated. I still have not upgraded my processor and I have been using the same graphics cards for a while. But, I can still play games a High settings and with a little AA, Especially with Crysis.

I am glad that Mass Effect 2 is going to be a great looking game. The Framerate drops and Texture pop-in really killed the experience in ME1.. I am happy that BioWare fixed those issues! Mass Effect 2 FTW! Cheers! :D

I don't get it. It was just reported that Rage was a bit slower on the PS3, for now. Carmack already said that the PS3 version will be up to snuff wants the final game is released. All "normal" console games are always at 30FPS. But in Rage's case, it has fast paced driving sequences. I don't see any similarities between this and Rage's PS3 situation.... But, if you can explain how.... Go ahead.
