It's usually companies defending their product that do this.. sometimes gamers completely baffle me,
How is that allowed? Surely there is a huge conflict of interest here? As always Microsoft trying to play the little guy, the closest they've come to the little guy is scraping them off the bottom of their boots.
I generally hold older FF games in higher regard than the newer ones, I hated FF13 and thought how FF15 turned out is an insult to the franchise BUT FF16 is amazing, it's everything I had hoped Yoshi P could do to a single player FF game. Also Clive is imho one of the very best protagonists in the series. Everything about it is top notch.. apart from the side quests.
Yeah ESO expansions.. actions talk louder than words and we all know just how much Microsoft likes to run their mouth. I think them buying Zenimax and cancelling Starfield on PS pretty much paints their ideal picture.
I really hope Sony don't, I've got enough launchers on my PC already.
120m active users the last time you heard? Did you hear that before or after you took some funky shrooms?
Don't underestimate the iDiots. Granted it won't be flying off the shelves, there will be a lot of interest generated in it simply because it's Apple.
So much this, you buy a Playstation and you know you're going to have a great time with games you can't play anywhere else that compliment the big releases from external publishers. You buy a Nintendo and you know you'll get a level an unmatched level of imagination in your games that you can't play anywhere else. You buy an Xbox and unless you're a racing fan, you get bang average exclusives that have been completely skippable. All of a sudden one potentially amazing game...
Because many of us are not on the equivalent hardware of an Xbox . With a 3080, I'm hoping to reach 60 FPS with everything near max.
If the developer's vision is to lock their game to 30fps and not provide a 60 fps option in 2023, then their vision is flawed. Honestly I doubt it will effect my enjoyment much but options are good, many gamers now much prefer performance modes.
What are you smoking and where can I get some?
It's sad to see, The Guardian is one of the most well respected independent newspapers in the UK.
A pile of sandwiches can be this generation's fish ai
And any Xbox fan defending this deal must have taken a large knock to the head as a baby or is a cheap skate who justs wants Activision's games for free. If I was an Xbox fan, I'd be livid with this deal. Microsoft are wanting to spend 69 billion to not give Xbox fans anything new but to just take away from the competition. They could have easily taken that cash and invested in first party studios and create a first party line up to rival Sony and Nintendo but we all know Microsoft ar...
"Sony fans talk more about Xbox than they do their beloved Playstation" says the Xbox guy talking about Sony .. tbf it's not like Xbox fans have had all that much to talk about in terms of games in the last couple of years.
Well I have a high end PC so will likely be playing the game but there is absolutely no excuse for games to launch in 2023 without a 60 FPS mode. That should be a standard by now. I'd counter your point that no true gamers would happily accept a sub par optimised title.
Pretty sure Zelda fans might disagree on that.
"There's definitely far more bad LOTR stuff than good LOTR stuff now."
Nah, there are a fair few of Tolkien's unfinished works that were released edited by his son which are great reads that flew under the radar. Still, it raises huge red flags imho, Tolkien's legacy deserves better than this garbage.
The combat in this game looks about 10-15 years out of date. No wonder they barely showcased it.
Actions speak louder than words and Phil loves to run his mouth, whatever he says they have planned, I'll counter it with Starfield.
