How about you read up on the meaning of first party title. They're exclusive but they're not first party. Ryse is made by CryTec, Dead Rising is made by Capcom and Killer Instict is made by Double Helix. MS own none of these studios. However yes you are correct, Driveclub did unfortunately get pushed, had that not been the case Sony would've delivered three first party games to MSs one. MS can't afford to pay for exclusives for any prolonged period of time!
Going down in chip size will greatly reduce heat output and power consumption. But it wouldn't make sense to give them any upclocks due to it alienating consumers within their own brand.

Well nukeitall you don't understand how hardware progression works. Manufacturing process of the silicon in both consoles are down to 28nm which mean greater performance at lower TDP. Neither console will have overheating problems, both will have hardware regulated heating protections as well.

Neither line up is super stellar, that doesn't mean the Xbox One got a better one though. Ps4s line up seems way more diverse. Xbox one games isn't looking to impressive; Ryses gameplay looks really poopy, Forza sacrificed staple racing visuals to hit 1080p (using static lighting, reflection etc). Killer instict is a 2.5D fighter that can't hit higher than 720p (wth?) and Dead Rising is running sub 30fps.. Forza being the only game actually made in house at MS

Upscaling isn't doing IQ that many favours though, it got nothing on native. Xbox One will hang around for a while but I still think MS did a fatal mistake not investing in more powerful hardware, the PS4 will pull ahead (hell we already see it with all PS4 titles so far being announced as 1080p while Xbox One is suffering from 720p and 900p in their exclusives, only 1080p except Forza on the XB1 as far as I know is Cod Ghost!)

You don't realise how restricted developers been due to the lack of RAM do you? Xbox One have enough memory though it's not fast enough. Evidently even with the eSRAM it will be hard to push 1080p on Xbox One

You know we had games that are 10 years old that can run in 1080p/60fps. Resolution is not impressive in itself unless it got some filler to match.
Matter of the fact is that ALL announced PS4 exclusives with a confirmed resolution is at 1080p. Forza being the Xbox Ones only title to run at that resolution. The downgrade in polygon count and resolution of Ryse should really be enough to convince you were you not so blinded. If Crytech can't push more out of the Xbox One ...
