Does anyone know when the second shipment of ps4's is coming to Ireland? Is it before christmas?
I only put down my pre-order in early September but was told the first shipment had been completely sold by about mid July :(
No, you got it slightly wrong; "the core processor AND the GDDR5 memory alone costs $188"
So GDDR5=$88 and APU=$100, the bluray drive should be relatively cheap by now.
Is the "front" cover of the case now on the "top" surface?
Because otherwise the disk would be hanging upside down when the game case is placed flat with the front cover facing up O.o
I loved the unique theme and the shadow gameplay. I even liked the nice little story it has.
It does have a few glitches where my character got stuck in the walls a few times, but nothing major.
In part 3 they confirmed you can survive in a car underwater if you wear scuba gear.
I'm off to drive along the ocean floor!
"Asia is handheld nation. You can't really blame Sony for prioritizing the US and EU first."
Asia is a continent not a nation...
But Japan is mostly a handheld nation. We'll get a release date on Monday.
Well, it is the "biggest" ;)

For the platinum, are there like 6 playthroughs?
I heard completing on hard does not get you easy and medium trophies, is that true?
I'll still enjoy playing just like I liked my 8 playthroughs of mgs4 including that big boss emblem run...
I saw a more accurate/complete list of the games revealed at E3 on another article.
Edit: Here it is

Does the capital "/S" signify massive sarcasm as opposed to normal sarcasm?
@Honest_gamer
"once u get to an x level online u need to pay to unlock the rest of the levels"
I doubt that'll happen on regular games. It sounds like you're describing a free to play model.
Game is initially free but very limited and you can choose to buy more characters/maps/weapons etc.
Give us a release date already Square!
At least, give us a month.
"I can't speak for anybody else, but if you start putting constraints which might make a small piece of the pie more lucrative to certain stakeholders, that means that the overall pie is only half the size that it might have been. And that's a pretty dumb thing to have done.
To wind it back: our philosophy is to do what's right by the gamer."

@kleptic
Yep, blu drives are much cheaper now than at ps3 launch.
The off the shelf/semi custom APU is probably much cheaper than RSX and CELL for R&D and manufacture.
A HUGE cost saving is that they have to buy massive factories to manufacture their CPU like they did for CELL.
Overall, good design decisions and a well engineered console enabled them to reach their targeted launch price.
Yes, but I think it's mostly because the ds4 has digital buttons and therefore much lower latency than ds3.
...shovel it?
movie reference ;)
Is there an actual person behind this N4G account or is this a spam bot?
Some of his previous comments are complete gibberish.
The link works; just remove the spaces in the words digital and review. N4G doesn't take too kindly to people posting links so he added some spaces.
Looks like an interesting read so far, thanks TemplarDante.
I preordered in September and was told I was definitely in the second batch and probably wouldn't get it before Christmas :(
But, I got a call from GAME a few hours ago and they said they got a few extras in and I could pick up a KZ bundle at midnight!
Since then, my face has looked like this :)
