....credible site.
*rolls eyes*
Ahhhh, jumping flash.
The original 3D platformer, or was it a FPS platformer??
Buying this tonight.
Bluray disks play in 480p 1080i and 1080p.
All HDTV's support those rez's.
What you don't understand is that there are very few HDTV's in the "world" (and none that are currently being made) that don't have the ability to play at least 480p/720p/1080i.
So im saying the scaler isn't that big a deal.
Get over yourselfs *rolls eyes*
Since i actually have a PS3, let me clear a few things for you guys....
A very small fraction of old TV's only support 480p/1080i. When you adopt early you take a chance, thats why i waited.
A few downloadable games already run in 1080p.
Bluray movies play in 480p and 1080i and 1080p
All "actual" stamped HDTV's support 720p in their rez sets...having looked into it, VGA inputs are hit and miss depending on the set here in NA. All the Bravi...
Blown up 1080p (or upscaled) is not really 1080p.
According to your theory, there is no need for actual 1080p because scaled up 720p will look just as good if not better. *rolls eyes*
Listen to your selfs, your just eating up MS's crap.
It's also funny how you like to gloss over the fact that this 1080p resolution for the 360 isn't even possible through the 360's component hook up. Only through VGA....98% of most TV's don't even have that hookup on them.
So it's still not 1080p native then.
Just upscaled (ie blown up).
Wow, what a weapon. Gotta love news released just for fangirls.
So because the dev's had xbox360's around. The site somehow concluded that Merc's isnt a playstation exclusive anymore??
So by this logic, if anyone sees a picture of Miyamoto playing a PS3, then we can all assume that Mario is coming to the PS3??
Not saying it isn't true, but the logic behind it is sooooo flawed, it's laughable!
Isn't this the same story from last week???
Tracked 7 bundles...yadda yadda yadda. One took 12 hours to sell. Blah blah.
Joystiq is a lame ass site thats for sure. They gossip more than chicks on there.
Resistance is a great game.
Love'n the massive environments and frantic constant gunfire!!!
Can't wait for a part 2.
Good news!
Either way, this is going to result in cheaper CELL chips due to mass production.
dbl post. sry
Wow, terrible visuals.
Doesn't look so hot now that all games use "normal mapping" does it?
People are going to complain either way.
Since i'm a PSP owner, i don't see why "i" should have to wait to enjoy these games because you (not you in particular, i mean in general) don't have one.
I like what they've done.
Very nice.
I've got my fingers crossed that we see this in NA soon.
When you can't find it at a store.
...."Sony sucks. They can't even make PS3's blah blah blah."
Systems start arriving in stores. As Sony recently promised, and now.
..."Hahahah, their in stock, nobody wants one, PS3 sucks, blah blah."
Do you fangirls even listen to yourselfs.
Stole this from Beyond3d.com.

"They"???
It's some Tokyo-based columnist.
This is almost as bad as that "forums posters" review of Motorstorm yesterday.
...and DMC4, and Warhawk and F1 and Heavenly Sword and Motorstorm and Merc's 2. As well as all the multi platform games. Yeah, poor PS3 *rolls eyes*
This needed to patch up their currently broken 1080p delivery.
I don't see why this can't be totally possible, their not changing the system specs in any way.
Kudos to them!
