I hope its turns out good since this will be their last game before the head of Team Ico leave Sony.
How can you compare a 60 frames per second, fast paced hack & slash game to Skyward Sword is beyond be. It's not like Team Ninja could copy the set-up of a game where most enemies die after 2 maybe 3 slashes in a really slow paced combat system that involves killing certain enemies in a very specific way like saying: a low vertical slash because his shield doesn't cover his feet. To do something like that on NG3 they would need to basically rework every gameplay element.

What can we do, these days they want to make every character as emo as possible. Just look at Dante. But I wouldn't mind as long as his main features stayed the same because you know, I'm not expecting the remake to be a carbon copy of the old game anyway. ;_;
only if producing games that sell like hotcakes were that easy....
well, the game was basically a Dragon Quest clone. It wasn't until FFIII or maybe IV that they finally created their own identity by introducing convoluted stories and the ATB system. =/
This is not the PS3 packing an expensive blu-ray drive. XD
but there is tons of shovelware coming out for the Move like House of the Dead 4, Buzz Music Quiz, Grand Slam Tennis and other core games like Ninja Gaiden 3, Sorcery, Bioshock Infinite, and Metal Gear Rising that will offer Move support so, your comment does not make any sense.
There is a total of more than 80 games for the Move u know.
common sense and Apple custormers is not something that mix well together. I mean, who else would pay $2,000 for a laptop with a core i3 and a cheap ass mobile radeon card? XD
Every site that has the taste to rate this game higher than an 8/10 shouldn't be considered trustworthy when recommending other games. Specially after giving this game a 9.5 for its story!! 0___0'
Vita has 512MB of general purpose Ram and 128MB of Video Ram for a total of 640MB. The set-up is still weird though because the Vita has less Video Ram than the PS3 which is the one that helps accommodate textures, the other 512MB is for OS, cross-game chat and stuff. =/
Xbox 512MB of Ram is unified and it can be used for everything so its RAM set-up is still superior to the Vita (let alone the PS3). But since the Vita runs on lower resolution and stuff the performance hit s...
but it runs and plays like butter which is more important than graphics.
never saw it but it looks truer to the Resident Evil series than 4 and it even had the over the shoulder camera too. RE4 was like, kill everything that moves....
resolution is more about size. You can easily buy a 32" HDTV 720p for the same price as a PS3 and even if it had 1080p you wouldn't see a difference at that size. But if you own a 50" plus TV then 1080p is more or less a necessity and these are expensive because the size, not the resolution.
I don't like this Spoony guy because he is always talking crap about FFX-2, FFVIII and similar games hated by the fans but for some reason he's always playing and talking about them! Spoony is either a masochist or he secretly love them because there is no other explanation.
because not every game will get their own HD-release. I mean, where my HD Persona 3 and 4? Where my HD Atelier Iris or Suikoden?
Beside, not everybody owns or collect these old games so even with BC there's always going to be a market for these HD re-releases.
Lost Odyssey is nothing than an archaic, average and generic jrpg on HD that can't even hold a candle to any FF game from IV to XII.
and I have never had an YLOD on the PS3 but I know it happens. Remember that you're just 1 customer between millions you know so your experience with the system is not even close to a 0.000000000001%.
Even though the 3D Ninja Gaiden is Itagaki's new vision for the series the NES games were equally cheesy and over the top, is just that the hardware didn't allow you to see it clearly.

You haven't even played FF7 yet....
this game is only facing technical problems because Team Ico are a small team making a triple A game while the Nukem devs didn't even know what they wanted to make from a game design point of view. Pretty different perspectives.
In fact, DNF went through multiple dev hands and the project got scraped and started from the beginning several times on different engines. The game that came out this gen was just one of the many versions and it was made in a 2 years dev circle ...
