Nintendo doesn't even listen to their fans and they have it said many times. They do what they want to do and that is it so I don't really see the point of this article beside complaining about the fans that complain about Zelda games. Which is equally annoying.
all they shown about this game was a trailer in 2011 for a game that is coming out in 2013. And most of it was people shooting at each other so I don't know how is this a NG or DMC wanna be. Specially after Itagaki himself was the one who redefined the genre with the first NG game and its deep combat system (which was completely reduced to button mashing for the third entry).
But let me say that it is a damn shame that the game will be running at 30 frames.
Gamep...
can you imagine? Spending $250-300 on a gaming centric device just to play small and cheap games like Angry Birds. I don't think that demographic are the type that buys devices like these anyway.
if the leap for hardware is not gonna be wide then what is the point of launching a new console? They already added Kinect to the Xbox and they could keep adding new features to it in the same way. There is no need for a new console if it's that weak.
Nintendo's consoles don't have good 3rd party support but when it comes to handhelds that's an entirely different story.
PsP didn't have touch-screen, touch-pad nor dual analog sticks. On top of all this, a robust online service.
If that's not a game changer then nothing else is.
Majora's Mask, that game is so tedious and boring.
Man I miss Rachel. She was the best! ;_;
disagrees for the truth!
OMG, common sense! '-'
Can you imagine? Steins;Gate is amazing, I just watched the blu-ray special today and even thought it was just fan-service (I'm not talking about ecchi stuff) man I enjoyed it so much because the series was so good that I just wanted to see the characters interacting with each other again.
That Chiyomaru Shikura really knows how to make an intriguing story and then you add Kojima and Suda to the mix and really, what kind of game can we expect from them?
@dirthurts
what makes coding easier is not the hardware but the tools and API's. The PS3 had CELL which was a completely new architecture so Sony had to create everything from scratch and that's what caused all these problems.
The Cell had a PPE (PowerPC based) so tools like Unreal Engine 3 could run on it without any type of optimization but very poorly because it was only 1 core. But then Epic added additional instructions to make the SPE's work...
Yakuza, Vanquish, Sonic Generations, Bayonetta
How are they equal?
dude, I don't know what Yakuza games you been playing but if you got past the the first chapter the third game is easily the best one in the series. But since Americans are so desperate for action, guts and gore they just say that it is the worst because of the beginning on Okinawa even though it was really cute and touching. FFVII is facing the exact same problem with the newcomers because of the slow start at Midgar and the hate has elevated.
And is not just me as a fan...
go get em boy!
3DS what? Link please!
I'm not sure but I think high-res sprites take much more space to store than the same renders on 3D.
the HD re-release of FFX is coming out soon anyway.
compressed or not those are early gen PS2 quality textures. At least the character models are a bit more detailed but still, the game doesn't even look half as good as Tales of Vesperia or Xillia.
it seems people didn't catch the joke. XD
