They're not there day one. They sell PS Games perfectly fine. Fanboy!? Are you freakin kidding me kid? They have no reason unless they're not making enough money on a single platform so they don't have to. Nothing in their financial reports suggests they need other platforms at all. Spiderman, Gow, Ghost, Last Of us, Horizon., sold well. Yotei will sell well. This trend will continue. Are those not facts? So Please tell me what has changed that that they NEED other platforms? Go a...
Very few games and if you're talking about AAA first party then bond can't see that. They have no reason to. Unless you can tell me the reason?
Pretty corporate like response. Basically if they were to consider putting their game on other platforms they would have to be thoughtful and measured in said approach. First party still AAA will remain on PS as that's unique PS experience.
Sounds like just internal ongoing discussions. Not a no tongue fact but not a yes either.
No it's not wtf? So we're just gonna run around and make stuff up now?
You waited 5 years just to say that? So you're just gonna ignore the past few years? Now that's hilarious, beyond hilarious. You can back into hiding again lol.
So the new excuse is they don't count because it's from the ABK now huh. I guess all those 3rd party games count even less because they don't own them. According to your always crappy logic.
They've had good output so far. So waiting for those games shouldn't be a problem.
Who cares if they're buy outs of companies or whatever excuse you want to make. They're games that are being distributed to other console. Play the games and enjoy it instead of fanboying or complaining.
I even called it as much awhile ago broke down everything that was a red flag about the game. Yet still refused and holding on to hopium.
Not surprised by any of this.
Maybe the Days Gone remaster underperformed hence the lay offs. They are focused on their next project after the lay offs. As I said before their next game won't be any time soon.
Jim did a serious number on the entirety of SIE. One guy caused this mess.
I also saw that The The Halo Combat Evolve remake was releasing in 2026 and the PS
version was being considered
https://www.videogamer.com/...
Whenevwe we hear "considered" that usually means the game will come at a later date for PS. My speculation is a year later so late 2027.
I agree. When cod was suspiciously absent from the show I thought Acti was gonna hold a separate shoe for it. Nope that 1 more thing was just cod again.
I guess from an investors point of view they always roll out the red carpet for COD considering the money it makes. I remember Sony shows did the same thing with cod.
Xbox wanted to Premier their OG first party games 25 years of Xbox. Forza 5, Halo, Fable for next year.
New games in 2027 is Blade, Elderscrolls 6, Perfect Dark.
"I'm sure Microsoft is losing money with gamepass"
Uuh they're not. GP makes up a good chunk of their games and services all you gotta do is look back at their quarterly earnings report. Plus their games being multiplat so studio health is stronger as well as the GP venture.
That's pretty much the case with PS and Xbox showcases.
Multiplat galore
Where did he say GP was suppose to reach a billion subscribers? Hoe is what I said twice as ridiculous?
. 5.5b$ in revenue. That's why I said Revenue. You l know you can profit allot from 5.5b$ right? They're probably taking hope 3 billion of that.
The biggest disappointments were there lack of 1st party for games we know of. Yes I accurately predicted allot of their first party won't be there also I just think they need more time for allot of them
I think those games we'll be next year for the 25th anniversary. I guess Phil wants to roll out the red carpet for their OG Ip's.
Huh? Between the two showcases Xbox and PS are eating very well. The only platform that should be worried is Switch 2 owners. As allot of these games are skipping the platform. Immune SOP only like 4 or 5 were coming to Switch 2.
That is true to we have to see the long run.
I think Gears is next year. New Halo and elder scrolls could be for next gen imo. Fable got delayed so I was not expecting that they need more time. Forza 6 do a reveal then drop it that holiday could be 27 title.
Xbox pivots left right, up down and center every time of course multiplat is there next venture especially after ABK. Beside LS there's nothing that's indicating they're going multiplat. Hot Shot Horizon of course small titles but they still believe in selling software and console.
I know anything can happen. I'm not saying it's never ever happening I just can't see it happening soon.
