The determining factor between being blunt and being unprofessional is in delivery and tact. If you're blunt, you don't use an obscene word like "sucks" to express your opinion. It is an empty, nonconstructive, and rude remark. He was tactless, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. Even someone on the panel with him expressed disgust at Phil's behavior. No. He was a jerk. It wasn't his opinion that made him a jerk, it was how he delivered it. He acted very unprofessionally in a formal public speaking setting.
Sega's been better about some of these things in recent years, and they had good #'s from the PSP versions. Feels like a safe bet!
The producer said the game's only 10% complete. They still have to optimize the game for the Vita and add in things like shaders, then it'll look more like the PC version.
