No one's saying it is the firs game to do this.
The response on gaming websites to micro-transactions with any game has always been met with hostility and disappointment.
When a game with micro-transactions is introduced, it becomes news. That's just how it is.
Yeah, that definitely does discredit them.
Shadowfall is at least an 8/10 and them giving Alan Wake a 2/10- yeah right..
You've said two similar statements in this same comments section. It begs the question, are you being serious??
or maybe they just wanted to change it to this way??
who knows..
no, it isn't, but it'll make the news here anyway...
Nice little preview of the games.
And the new trigger feedback sounds great.
I was worried about it too, but I tried it out recently at one of the texas one tours and I honestly thought it felt better than the 360 controller.
Why would you even come comment here on an xbox article, bashing 'xbots,' when you could be playing your ps4 or reading up on some other ps4 news??
Haha, this game looks pretty crazy.
Should be a fun sandbox time.
Doesn't bother me.
Some are easy, some are medium, and some take some work to get. Though I do wish we would get more like 'mile high club.'
I normally don't take days off from work, even for game releases, but I just had to. Took off a day for the x1. :D
It's going to be me, a few friends, and x1 all day and night. Crack open a few beers, order a few pizzas, should be an awesome time.
the xbox one isn't mentioned at all..
"the IP's are boring and Halo is average"
Well, there's your problem right there in not understanding why other people may want an xbox one. Exclusivity preference is subjective, so what you may think of the games on the xbox one may or may not be the same set of opinions that someone else might hold of the games.
Same reason why some people may not want a ps console or a nintendo console, etc.
Already did. :D
Well, one thing to take away from this article:
"Amazon Customer Support reports that Sony has halted production on the system until they can address the issues arising with the sold units."
How did this article even make it to the featured news section of this website??
Mods, do your job right.
It's going to be a long 10+ year competition, so who knows.
One that may come out on top the first few months or years may not be the one that 'wins' in the end.
However, I believe that both will find what they're looking for in the end.
Well, I wouldn't imagine they would be solved in less than a month when sony has already shipped out all of its first batch units to retailers in europe already.
If it's a software issue, then yeah, it could be fixed, but if it's some sort of hardware issue that's plaguing these doa units, then I think those units that were already going to have issues will have them.
you do realize that the large majority of those 1-star reviews are from 'verified buyers,' right?
I saw maybe just a handful of reviews that would fit into what you're accusing 'xbots' of and I'm sorry, but that's just arrogant of you.
This isn't just limited to amazon. Go ahead and read up on the official ps forums. Unless, of course, you think that all of those posts are from 'xbots' as well. :/
edit: oh,...
I don't normally say this, but...
@AnteCash -> you got burned.
