COD will beat it sales wise. That's no doubt. Its crack for teens. But quality wise this is no contest on any platform. BF3 as seen so far is simply more of a quality game.
COD has been the same game for years and this won't change for time to come.

many many people like COD. To say no one should buy it is foolish and quite childish. There is so much hate" for the game and I get it, but to say no one should buy it? Relax...I get what your saying because I for one would not buy another COD game until they start changing it, but its still liked by many and people buy what they want.

Exactly. Crytek made this with the console in mind FIRST and PC second.
Great game overall and amazing that Crytek was able to put this game on consoles with whats going on with the Cryengine 3, however from a PC gamer standpoint, it's a let down graphic and physic wise compared to Crysis and Crysis Warhead

Hopefully the Wii2 uses a DX11 capable GPU with 1gig of UNIFIED memory. If this happens and Nintendo releases such a console in 2011, early 2012, you will see MS and Sony release their next systems soon after regardless what they say.

The game is more open then most FPS games on the market. Games like KZ3, Gears, Uncharted and the likes are linear fully. This takes less resources for consoles to handle.
1) 1-2 gig of ram the minimum that's unified.
2) Large HD.
3) DX11 capable GPU.
4) HDMI 1.4/USB 3.0 support.
Nintendo does this at the minimum and they guarantee themselves 3rd party developers will start making hardcore games for the Wii2...and just might make it the lead platform sometimes....Who knows...
It's not too late if Nintendo releases this console before 2012...which gives them about 2 years ahead of MS and Sony to release their next generations systems based on what MS and Sony has stated about their plans of their next console systems.

Good grief. All these comparisons are bad, but this one has to be the worst of all time.
Comparing BF3 to COD is one thing which is laughable....but comparing BF3 running on a PC to COD is even worse.
COD looks like a N64 game compared to BF3.
This is not surprising as both MS and Sony were already working on the successor to their consoles as soon as it was released. It's how this industry works.
As soon as the Xbox360 was completed, MS was already working on the Xbox next. As soon as the PS3 was completed, Sony was already working on the PS4. This is nothing surprising at all.

A platform like the Xbox360 that does not support dx11...barley performs 720p, barely performs HDR, or any real time lighting...oh the list goes on.
