JC3 started out very meh with it's last gen build back in 2014. After they showed the current gen stuff the momentum suddenly picked up. and that wing suit, this is turning out to look really fun.

I like the idea that N7 is returning, i hope they add even more customization options, face types, body armor, the works.

I agree that they should expand their vision through pc, of course they can still release current gen versions for sales as well. But asking for all versions to start from scratch identical is contributing to parity.

you have to have both shield and an Nvidia GPU to make that work. Steam's streaming feature doesn't require a specific GPU, it can work with any on any laptop. It can even run on a linux based laptop, tested it myself. works great on multiple configurations.

The comments sort of open up with the idea but The interview sort of shifts around with it. not denying doesn't really lead to an answer.

Interview -

"In the interview, Spencer went on to say that asking the Scalebound, Crackdown 3, and Quantum Break development teams to add another platform to their plate wasn't in the best interest of the games. That "didn't really feel like necessarily the best way to end up with the best result for ...

Regarding pc (@ 31:00), in a nutshell Tabata said to check back after the game has launched. The info leading up until then will be about the game, little about anything else.

-----------'-

Technically They're still focusing on other titles for steam. Type O is still fresh and Lighting Returns hasn't launched on steam yet. And then there maybe another title between the events leading up to past next year.

They brought it up.

I mostly game at 1440p, which isn't 1080p.

The game looks plenty beautiful as it is. As I said it before, UE4 is like miracle sauce, it makes everything nice.

I think they seem to be also concerned with how destructible environments would change the single player story. If you read further on they say -

"It’s too fundamental of a game design change to make it an option. It changes literally everything.”

I mean theoretically if you could blowup everything, where would your objectives come from? you may even ruin certain objectives for yourself. apposed to multiplayer where none of that really matters.

Square already said they will not change the original story. i wonder though how everything will re-translate from what was in the original Japanese release. maybe dialog cliffhangers will be corrected.

I would type a "spoiler alert" first before jumping to anything specific.

well anyways, if anyone could remember a guy with a brown hat before you go to the wall market, he is the first person you see before entering Aerith's town. he asks you to get something for him but never describes what it is.

Him up close

Memorizing. UE4 is making a lot of projects possible. A win for everyone.

my only real problem with the franchise is that they haven't really moved on technology wise, i mean It looks good on mobile devices. I remember loving the idea of it back on the playstation many, many years ago. then popular Jrpgs started looking better and you wanted to emulate those type of games.

The cloud physics in crackdown 3 was nuts. I was thinking though it would be nice if MS could offer both online, and a local Cloud computing solution via through windows 10. so that gamers could enjoy the experience both ways.

Found it. 1600% api efficiency boost even with lower level hardware.

The xbox one also runs a form of Dx11, nothing like mantle which is owned by AMD. The efficiency boost is strictly between api pipelines.

I believe there was an article some days ago stating that the boost effects all devices running the API. The 7 series GPU isn't much different than it's PC version.

Great news for developers using UE4. I assume this will greatly help Scalebound as well.

Did you like max payen, hitman, half life, portal and the witcher 3? Master Race says you're welcome. Master race also says you're welcome for providing the tools for making shenmue 3 come true.

My thoughts exactly. The quality of the demo isn't the full representation of the game or optimization. So Under optimal conditions it shouldn't be difficult to run this at 1080p 60fps. The consoles are also targeting 1080p as well. This is why i say the comment "top pc" seems inaccurate, not unless the pc version is expecting other features on top of the original.
