Not every game needs multiplayer. The new MGO is pushing it. You play the game and you realize it really has little connection to the actual single player - the meat of the game. But really, MGO is kind of a gimmick. It has potential, but you wouldn't buy MGS4 just to play it online.

The earliest the Next Xbox will launch is late2011-early2012. Last gen consoles sold almost 300million between Nintendo, Sony, and MS. Current gen has barely hit 100million. Not to mention most games really don't use the consoles to their fullest potential yet.

Pre-ordering is for fools who like tying up their money they could be spending. GS is a crappy store that never gets enough copies of new releases in. When a new release comes out they'll be lucky to have 20 of them. Go to your electronics chain down the street and they'll have a plethora of the game you want because unlike GS, they order in bulk.
Pre-ordering only makes sense if there is some kind of incentive(I ordered metal gear and now im playing the beta). Other than that,...

Photo realistic graphics can only go so far, I love the liberty that dev. take w/ cel shading. Just as long as its not ANIME! Some anime is cool but the characters just looks to damn generic. And why is it that Anime is japanese but it always has white people in it?

I don't think this would appeal to the XBOX crowd anyways. All of their titles are testosterone driven. They do have some rpgs, but its almost like they are afraid to make a game that might require some cognitive skills.
