Yeah, Rockband is way too easy. Guitar Hero or GTFO.
No, Igataki is more like the Kanye West. Full of himself, with really shallow work to back himself up.
Hideo Kojima is more like Dr. Dre. Mastermind behind the scenes.
um, who really cares what you like!? Are people that self-absorbed nowadays they really their crappy opinion qualifies as news? Waaah...I don't like Guitar Hero, listen to me cry about it...Waaaaah!
It's like this - Guitar Hero and Rock Band are still two of the best multiplayer games in existence. They are part of a dying breed, true co-op games that you can actually play simultaneously with your friends. Nowadays, less and less games actually include a splitscreen...
you know what else is annoying? soccer.
Beyond Good and Evil
Max Payne
Quake
Half Life(always shrowded in mystery)
Counter Strike
the list goes on...
With all the delays this game has had, you're telling me they couldn't just put this one the disc? Only could the video game industry get away with such a shameless marketing ploy. I have a feeling the same suckers who pre order games (so they can deposit their money to the bank of gamestop) will be all over this one.
It's such a tasteless show. At least show's like Southpark actually approach their risque topics with a hint of intelligence. Family Guy just shamelessly exploits things for cheap laughs. They are the equivelant of an internet troll, always trying to say controversial crap to get attention.
The SP is as mediocre as it gets, this game is all about the MP. There is just something about it that is so well balanced. All of the weapons are fun as hell to use, the headshots are actually challenging, and I like the fact that it doesn't try to be all uber realistic like CoD. When I play 1on1 matches w/ my friends, we'll use all the ammo in our guns and run around the map picking up all kinds of stuff. The headshots are actually challenging, there is nothing more rewarding then popping s...
Those were innocent bystanders - in no way were they being hostile. You idiots are so worried someone might be taking a cheap shot at your precious videogames that you would defend these child murdering monsters? In doing so, you give people like Jack Thompson all the ammo they need to declare videogames evil. With that kind of sheer ignorance, you could justify Hitler gasing the jews. These soldiers will be haunted for the rest of their life, there is no excuse for their actions.
As impressive as the new Graphical Engine is, the new Halo Reach game looks a little too familiar...kinda like the same Halo we've all been playing for years with a few more new tweeks. And the story mode is a non-factor for me; first and foremost this is a MP experience. The story has never been a strength.
Not sure if Crackdown warranted a sequel. The first one was just O.K. but it didn't really excel in any particular way. This looks to be the case with the sequel, looks lik...
Because thats what everybody is who posts here
Lame game is lame
Kudos to Batman for the emphasis on stealth mechanics, but detective mode just cheapened the game.
Lest we forget, U2 had mp and co-op, along with one hell of a cinematic SP.
I highly doubt MS plans to introduce a slim model. This is just fanboy dribel. They really couldn't make the thing any cheaper if they wanted to. Kinda sick on seeing these articles - there is no basis for them.
Syphon Filter please
Timesplitters is up in the air. I don't even know if Sony owns the rights to the game but Free Radical is now defunct after the disaster that was Haze.
Why take a console already notorious for overheating and condense it even more? I seriously doubt MS is working on a slim design. If anything they are going to drop the price of the 360 so they can more aggresively price a Natal bundle.
Those rainbow 6 games always seemed like the titles were a little overelaborate.
When they reach part six, can they just call it Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six?
I still love 'em to death. They are some of the only true co-op games made. Whether your dueling it out w/ a buddy or trying to beat a song, there a few games nowadays that allow 2 players to play simultaneously.
I hate the way everyone thinks that the sequels need to revolutionize everything. They're really just glorified track packs. The formula works, why mess with it.
The MP in KZ2 is nowhere near as fun. And that's not easy for me to say because I love class based shooters. There was just no excuse for the bullet lag though. The maps weren't very balanced either, each map supported a different amount of players, there were only so many players you could have before a map became overcrowded(The Beach is still my favorite). It was funner playing on the smaller servers.
I'd just like to echo the sentiments of everyone here and say, if you're worried about sinking profits make better games then! It seems like devs are so concerned with making their budget back that they only go with the safest choices. This basically amounts games that are carbon copies of each other. And you know something, not everygame needs a mp or even a sp for that matter. I'd be perfectly happy spending 10-15 less on a game if that meant I only got one mode. So many games s...
