He didn't do it "at" NintendoLife, he did it "to" NintenLife. He plagiarized them.
What? Your comment can be interpreted in numerous ways.
Negative implications aside, this article is actually superb.
Embargoes only apply if your copy was provided by the dev / publisher. Otherwise, they can't demand jack shit, at best they can ask you to pwetty pwease not spill the beans.
Maybe that is the case here.
...and what do you care? It's his money to spend, not yours. Also, ironic that you say that in a gaming site. Gaming in general is a frivolous waste of money. It's just an hobby, and a fairly expensive one at that.
Lol yes even close
At least you can add a lot of them to Steam as non-Steam games. That's what I've done with my EA Origins games, and Fortnite (which runs with Epic's launcher by default, but you can run it on Steam).
I honestly don't know how flexible Steam is regarding games with other launchers (Blizzard, Ubisoft, etc), but I'm guessing it won't be much different? Anyway, not a big issue for me, so far.
Oh, I see. Gotcha.
Sean Murray stated that this game would have online multiplayer. So yes, they did promise it.
...and why would you need to buy the game again? All of these updates, the last one included, were free.
Pokémon and Smash are definitive system sellers. Not sure about Fire Emblem, it's popular, but not THAT popular, surely?
Metroid has never been a system-selling franchise. Bayonetta, even less.
...and the PS2 as well, the best selling game console ever.
Ain't a coincidence.
Thanks, I didn't know any of this! Very interesting.
Why do you think RDR couldn't be ported to the Switch?
okai
I can get the downplaying for ARMS, but not Splatoon. Splatoon 2 is worthy of mention alongside Mario, Zelda and Metroid, especially after all those updates. The amount of content it has now is ridiculous, and its gameplay is superb.
It's really not that different from PS and Xbox store. They are also filled to the brim with a lot of crap you have to wade through to find the good stuff.
And don't even get me started on Steam...
A lot of people buy their consoles solely to play soccer games.
Millions of them.
We, the dedicated gamers that play a lot of stuff, are actually the minority, dude. 95% of gamers out there are casuals, not as invested in gaming anywhere close as us.
Don't disregard casual gamers. They are a big reason why gaming is profitable overall.
Marston isn't the main character in RDR2. :P
