When anyone calls Sony out for a BS cash grab:

“Why is everyone attacking Sony!”

When anyone else does the same cash grab;

“Man when will this company learn!”

It’s good for companies to be criticized for piss poor practices. Nintendo, Microsoft, and yes, even Sony, each have such practices.

So they mod it to have your average modern stealth and it’s suddenly one of the best stealth games? I mean, it’s cool that they fixed the stealth mechanic but that doesn’t suddenly place it on the level of actual stealth based games

By the sound of it. You’re too caught up with how Marvel represents Thor. You gotta realize that Thor is a mythical figure and will be interpreted differently by every medium possible and not just how Marvel shows him. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this version of Thor, you’re exaggerating his looks quite a bit here. He’s more modeled to look like a strong man, not just some overweight human. Which is equally intimidating as looking at Kratos.

What does it hurt to have DLC characters?

Eh, it was alright. Definitely not that good.

I like that you guys shot in Nintendo for this but the minute Sony does it “just don’t buy it!”

It’s a tech demo. That’s meant to showcase what can be achieved with a game engine technology wise. That’s not meant to worry about optimization and amazing frame rates. Which is honestly the most impressive tech demo I’ve ever seen

That’s literally the most overused and untrue statements I’ve ever seen. Nintendo and the switch are one of the most criticized company/Console I’ve seen in the past 5 years, especially in the past year alone. This website alone is damn near nothing but criticism towards it.

Regardless of who believes what. The fact that people are even comparing a brand new game to red dead 2 says a lot about said game.

Hell it still holds up in terms of detail:

“We can’t confirm it is the same one, but if you take a “mental picture” of both, as streamer ‘Baranox’, who discovered the similarities, told his viewers, you’ll see a striking resemblance.“

So you can’t confirm something yourself and base all of this off of what a streamer says?
Look, I get the hate for the game, it’s definitely a bad battlefield game. But at this point it’s like people are making articles to ride that wave for clicks.

How in the hell did they think it was a good idea to port the lesser version of the game?

Honestly, I like these designs way more than 2. It’s more reminiscent of the first game. 2 was just way too cliche anime feel to the point that characters were revealing just to be revealing.

I didn’t consider it above anything, I said that I don’t think it falls into the cycle as bad. As in a personal opinion. I never said it didn’t. You’re making an assumption based on you’re own view trying to make me seem like I’m putting a game on a pedestal because I attacked your precious games that you guys put on pedestals.

Dying light is an exceptionally great game that to me doesn’t fall into the Ubisoft cycle as bad. Hence why I said 90% in my reply to a separate user above. Others like Horizon and Ghost of Tsushima do.

I never said they’re created equal, i said they follow what Ubisoft created years ago, which is bloating their games with meaningless side content such as:
Meaningless collectibles
Towers/Land markers
Fetch quests/copy and pasted quests
Co...

“Wow you are still at it. All of your wall of rant can just be summed up and explained by one thing every time, that you are an idiot.
Like why the hell are you still posting quotes? Your explanation was so dumb I had to ask again just so YOU can figure it out properly. Do you see anybody else pasting quotes? No, they don't because you can just scroll up you idiot. Notifications don't disappear, people just stop responding after a certain point because you are an idiot. Your ...

I mean, their open worlds are literally carbon copies of a Ubisoft formula. So they’re pretty comparable. Is the combat and story much more interesting than Ubisoft games? Absolutely. But their open worlds serve no purpose other than shoveling bloat and uninspired side quests that mimics a Ubisoft game exactly, from loads of fetch quests to land markers to towers and unnecessary collectibles. So they definitely can be compared due to them copying the Ubisoft open world formula like 90% of ope...

Honestly, unless forbidden west improves its open world formula then it would just fall into the Ubisoft games cycle. Same for ghost of Tsushima. While they’re new and fresh IP, they’re basic as hell. Open world’s seriously need to ditch the open world formula that Ubisoft laid out years ago.
