How many times have we heard this claim from devs over the past few years.
Yeah, I want some exclusives and not just extensions to existing franchises.
Browser?
RAM?
Video codec support?
Telco support?
Storage prices?
Android app support?
Skype support?
Battery life?
Imposed minimum criteria (e.g. all games must support trophies, cross game chat, custom soundtracks, etc)?
We all know it will do games but what about its multi purpose capabilities.
Hate the android version as its nothing but a channel for ads. Make a move and you get a full page ad...every time.
No way is this 5/5, its simply not that good. Sure its better than Blacklight and Modern Combat but that does not make it damn near perfect.
He may be a troll but the visuals in that video did not impress. Looked like COD maps and no real environmental damage.

Slighty above average game based on the tired Unreal engine.
Smaller dev teams, faster to market and wider audience appeal. Takes gaming back to the good ole days when corps didnt run the show.

Vita wont have ios integration cause that would give people a choice instead of buying Apple h/w.
Open Vita up to Android and you open the door to hacks from day 1. Is Sony really playing that game?
Only difference is physical controls and that smartphone/tablet gaming is catching up.
Lets just see how the Vita has sold by Dec 2012. You'll probably see more price drops, more revisions of the model. Honestly, because of how Sony burnt me over the Go I couldnt care less if the Vita fails.

So, you guys think the console lobby system will be as good as the PC version? If they're the same its cause they gimped on the PC version.
I'll bet the developers don't like playing laggy multiplayer so why as gamers do we have to put up with a lobby that provides such little detail you dont know until your in the game if its laggy or not.
If the game is worth it then I agree. But I do believe the consumer is entitled to more information as a result. They need stats on how many people are still playing in your region otherwise you'll end up paying for a lag fest.
I really hate the lack of info we get as consumers and there is typically a no refund policy on DLC.

I'm sure no matter what they decide their sales spin will say its the best choice. Remember when Sony dropped force feedback because it was "last gen".
Anyway, I hope they dont do what they did with the original PSP. Start out with 32MB and later increase it to 64MB. Developers couldnt use it to its fullest as it would alienate early adopters.
