You do realise the Vita uses a new type of memory card and not a pro-due or mini/micro SD.

So, NGP + 16GB memory card will cost what? you all know it will be months after the release of the Vita before 16GB memory cards will be affordable.

Terrible name. Having owned a PSP since 2006 I can honestly say the Vita does not appeal. I know it should but I really hate the form factor and lack of built in storage. I hated having to buy memory cards from the get go for the PSP and doing it all over again plain sucks.
Nothing wrong with more Halo as long as the gameplay is kept fresh and challenging. Its also good to see some support for Kinect but it should not have dominated.
I hope Sony shows some new Move IP and not just SIXAXIS games that feature Move support.
Better be lots of cool stuff for the Move. Honestly, Sony is great at releasing add ons and not doing anything with them.
If its all about the NGP then Sony will have nothing of interest for me. They had better have some damn good announcements for upcoming Move titles or did I make a mistake buying into Move like I did with the Go.
I want Move games that were built for Move from the ground up. It has so much potential but its only really receiving support as an alternative way for controlling SIXAXIS games. My kids love Start the Party but it feels like half a game.
E3 is not a contest but try telling that to fanboys. However, if Nintendo's next console is as good as the rumors suggest I may just make a move back. Console gaming for me started with Nintendo but over the years they stopped delivering what I wanted so I went Sony and MS.
I went off MS after their suspect build quality and Sony have completely alienated me with their lack of support for their Go system.
After the patch it runs a lot smoother. Easily the best looking game I have played in a long time.
Fair enough but does not mean I have to sit here and like it. It's why I sold my Go two weeks ago and why I wont be buying into the NGP. Sony did not support me when I owned a Go so why should I support them.
Go owners should have received a bigger apology from Sony since no store meant you could not get any gaming content.
To be honest, the whole welcome back program has been pretty crap. I own or have owned everything being offered so for me Sony has done nothing to apologise for the outage and not protecting my personal details.
Then add on 3G and memory card costs. Should be called NGC (not going cheap). Will look at things a year or two after its released like I did with the PS3.
In New Zealand we dont have limitless plans. I wreckon it would cost $20-40 per month to play over 3G. And that would depend on your usage. NGP is going to be costly as you'll need a second sim and plan cause its not a phone as well.
3G multiplayer. Sounds expensive for the gamer although smartphones and tablets do this already dont they?

So no new functionality to focus on security which they failed at. Do you really think thats the reason or is it just Sony is holding off the cool stuff to entice people to go for their NGP?
Handheld market is not dwindling its evolving. Smartphones have come into their own and now offer a great casual gaming experience. Most people dont want to carry a phone and something else to play games as well. I really think that outside a core gaming audience that the NGP will struggle.
I'd say quality then price but I'm left sratching my head over COD games.
Dumb. Controllers are expensive enough and the more expensive the less likely parents will let their kids use them.
