The licensed games probably throw that figure off. I'm sure most of the shovelware is made in 4 months by a team of a dozen very sad people.

The whole point is how emotional and terrible the whole thing is. Puts a Zombie apocalypse in a much more human perspective than the standard mowing down hoards of undead.

Yeah seriously. Developers are just now cutting support for hardware from like 2003. It will be at least a decade before the mainstream PC game devs fully utilize on-die GPUs... assuming that's even what becomes the standard layout. Yeah games here and there will utilize it for an extra feature or two but it won't amount to anything more than PhysX has.
So what? It was very intriguing and that's all that matters right now. Teasers like this for a relatively unknown game are a great thing. I'm now going to be sure to check out any updates.
Although I do take issue with teasers for like the 4th game in a popular series that doesn't show a damned thing.

Both. But I'm pretty sure I'll be playing/using the NGP a whole hell of a lot more. 3DS will have some good games but once the gimmick wears off we're left with last gen hardware and few extras. NGP is pretty much a portable PS3... with more features. In terms of games it also has a major advantage in being on par with 360/PS3. Opens up tons of multiplat and cross platform possibilities that the 3DS just won't have.

Well now that everyone is used to them it should be mandatory. I spent so much time in STALKER replaying parts because something randomly kills me and I forgot to quicksave. But console games really need to have multiple autosaves along with the option to manually save when you would like.

I don't know about you guys but unless it's something I absolutely must have immediately, I don't ever pay $60 for a game. 4-6 months later all of those 8 hour single player games drop to like $20-30. Especially getting them through Gamefly.
As for length I kinda wish most games were actually shorter. For most genres it just ends up as pointless filler tacked onto 5 hours of good content. Everyone just ends up playing certain games they really like over and over ...
This video is terrible. Low resolution and distorted aspect ratio. NGP is obviously vastly more powerful. Both will be good in their own right but I think Sony has the winner here. NGP is really what I think they intended PSP to be in the first place - a portable complete console. Going to have such an advantage being able to get multiplats/ports from the modern consoles.
Propriety card for games makes sense. But if they use anything new format for general storage I'm gonna be pissed. So sick of buying a new card type for everything. Still going to buy the system regardless haha.

Both. Definitely favored PSP over DS with the last systems. But after watching the 3DS videos I dunno anymore. Good hardware, features, and software lineup. Hard to say what Sony can match it with. Getting both regardless just a question of which will get more game buys and play time.
I hate these BS articles. %90 of pirated games would not be bought if people couldn't get them for free. Most gamers spend as much disposable income as they can on other things anyways. Since pirated distribution costs the company nothing then they are losing nothing.
Deserve it more than any company imo. I absolutely love their strategy games, especially Hearts of Iron. Not afraid to promote very niche games made specifically for the fan base. Beginning to publish tons of other games by small developers aswell. Gamesgate is also #2 behind Steam in quality and deals imo.
Developers should have cut those CPUs off 5 years ago. PC gaming would be so much further ahead if they used modern CPU/GPUs as a baseline. There's no reason to support ancient hardware if you can't even run the game at a playable quality.
Wow... I'm surprised he let those words slip out of his mouth. Getting so damned sick of having to wait and buy DLC to get a full damned game. At this point I'm just gonna start waiting until a GOTY edition comes out with all DLC included for cheaper. No big deal being a year behind on single player games really.
