Honestly I wasn't trying to make a PS4 vs Microsoft argument. (though I doubt some people will believe that) All I can say is PS4 won in revenue since I assume most people would think my motivation is supporting PS4 if that were the case than this would be in my favor.
But in reality I just think revenue is a dumb metric regardless of who it benefits on a month by month basis.

I don't like the way they have started framing the issue in revenue (yes I know it has always been a side topic) but revenue doesn't mean anything. Revenue is an unimportant figure.

I have been saying for months that this game would just be a vehicle for MT's. And when gamepass was announced it was obvious what Microsoft had in mind. A free to play like service that you have to pay a monthly fee to play.

Phil has said numerous times he wasn't going to announce games that are years out. If they just started this games development and are still hiring it would certainly be years out. Though I wouldn't put it past Phil to go back on things he has said in the past, it certainly wouldn't be the first time... not even close.
