I imported the trilogy from ShopTo.net about a month ago. Cost me £28.65 (about $44US) plus $5 shipping. It comes slightly cheaper than the downloadable versions and I just love having the games on disc.

How can they call this a "gameplay" video?! The only bit of gameplay comes at the very end and the rest is made out of cutscenes... O_0 This is merely what we saw at the VGA. What a bunch of bull! Plus, the title is very misleading which really tells us that someone is obviously fishing for hits.
These days I'm seeing a lot more KB ads on TV than Kinect ads. In fact, I've been seeing 3 different Sony ads featuring KB (GT5, the perfect family, and the one about the VP of awesomeness and all the Blu-ray signs). And those are being shown on major TV channels, as opposed to specialized TV channels such as G4. As for Kinect, the only had I'm seeing these days is for Dance Central.
Is it just me or the announcement of the Game of the Year award right after the showing of the UC3 trailer felt a little anti-climactic? Just sayin'...
I want to see a game where Nathan and Lara are treasure hunting together. It would be all kinds of awesome and so freakin' sexy!

Very well said... On the one hand, they say they respect female gamers and would love to have one in their life, but on the other hand they're being totally disrespectful in their use of those degrading pictures. As if most female gamers actually looked like that... *rolls eyes*

That review is so spot on. The game is great fun but infuriating at times. I bought it for my iPad and it looks really great so now I'm really looking forward to the console version.
Bubbles to you. I completely agree and this is an insult to the franchise. To think that Sony is letting someone do this crap to one of their most successful and beloved video game franchises to date is simply mind-boggling... and sad... :(
Even though the movie is based on a video game, the primary goal here will be to reach as wide an audience as possible, regardless of the fact that those people aren't gamers. That is how Hollywood works and that goal was achieved with the Prince of Persia movie.
I'm sorry to say but Nathan Fillion is practically unknown as an actor outside of the scifi community. And as good as it may be, I sincerely doubt that Castle is a widely popular series, at least not the way ...

I remember the minute I saw the first cutscene in Ratchet & Clank: ToD, I thought: "Damn, this game could be such an awesome movie..." :D And I also totally agree with Assassin's Creed but I would rather see that one made with real-life characters.

AC: Brotherhood IS in the running. It's nominated in the "Best Action-Adventure Game" category.
It's cheaper to buy the boxed trilogy from Shopto.net for £23.85. I'll be importing it since you can play the disc on any PS3 because, as Sitris just mentioned, there are no regional restrictions. :)

Regardless of the characters who were chosen, this is an impressive piece of art. I can only imagine the conversations those characters could have if they actually found themselves all in the same room like this... :)
