I'm a little tired of reading those tips about trying to get your GF into dance games and freakin' My Little Pony WiiWare crap... As other commenters have mentioned here, not all girls and/or women are into that. Besides, if that's what your GF likes, chances are you'll never get her to play any hardcore games with you anyway so you might as well cut your losses right there and don't bother.
That being said, I definitely agree with Tomb Raider as a choice ...
It's nice to see that Nate looks absolutely delicious in both games. The character model seems to be pretty similar either way and that's a good thing. If the price is right, I'm definitely getting one of those NGP's. :)

I find it odd that she really doesn't give any viable arguments as to why those "action" games are the best for girls/women. I haven't played any of those nor am I actually interested in them even though all the games I own are action games. Where are the Uncharted, Assassin's Creed games, Tomb Raider, Prince of Persia games?

Lately I've been playing on my PS3 just as much if not more than on my Xbox. Why? Reason #1 is probably that I'm not into multiplayer so the PSN outage hasn't deprived me of anything in that sense. Also, I haven't been attracted to any DLC lately, whether it's demos, indie games, older games, etc. Needless to say, I still love my PS3 and I have no intention of turning my back on it. And I have a feeling I'm not the only one... :)
If your hands are perfectly capable of handling a regular controller, then in a way it is cheating. But I think this device was created primarily to help people who are affected by some sort of disability with their hands and in that regard, it certainly isn't cheating but instead should be considered as an aid.

But seriously though, I think the most obvious improvement we can see from those screenshots is with Sully. Wow... November can't come soon enough!
I'm mad at Sony for not taking sufficient precautionary measures to protect its network from this kind of intrusion. Whatever they might be doing at this point to correct the situation is too little too late.

This article didn't make much sense and was badly written. Uncharted and Nathan Drake are intertwined in such a way that one cannot succeed or even exist without the other. They have this symbiotic relationship that simply cannot be broken. And I agree with missioncompleted: it's pretty much the same thing as it is with Lara Croft and Tomb Raider.
How do people come up with that kind of crap anyway?! O_o
I call bull*hit on this. If Microsoft had intended to announce a new console this year, they wouldn't have released an improved version of it last year and they would have waited to release Kinect as well, IMO.
