Creating the newest installment of a yearly sports franchise is a unique challenge in gaming — what to keep? what to discard? what to improve? what to maintain? — and a lot of ground was covered over the course of almost two hours (longer than an actual soccer game!).

Just who is buying FIFA 13 on Wii U? We may never know, but there are more people buying that than there are Bayonetta 2 and Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric.

And as for FIFA?
Well, guess that goes to show that there's a lot of older gamers on Wii U that wanted FIFA, then; sports games generally do out-sell action games, and Platinum isn't known for large sales in the first place.
I'm not worried for Bayonetta. It'll hit that 1M mark by the middle of next year, surely, at its current pace.
