A nice demonstration of how this RPG's gameplay is a fusion of 3rd person tactical shooting like Gears & R6. I believe it will take alittle time to absorb the mechanics of the contols, but when you do, you can instantly assign tactical decisions to party members while engaging in a fast paced fire fight, just as this vid shows. Did you catch how quickly Shepard assigned Garrus to that Geth Ghost (on the wall) & moved on ? Amazing.

360sheep c'mon. the game does look good. Not the best graphics ever like someone here mentioned but it looks good. I might have to get this game. I have a 360 and a PS3 and I am getting Uncharted:Drakes Fortune on the PS3 and with Mass Effect coming out the day after I was thinking of passing on it, but after seeing more gameplay I might have to get both of these games and just be Broke. PS360 Rules.

I have to force myself to play other games waiting for this game(but once I do play other games I remember why I purchased them). It may be an RPG at Heart but the 360 needed an epic action adventure type game, an hybrid done right is just the thing we needed(Alan Wake then Project Offset FTW next).

I read some posts in the other thread baffled from the footage I'v seen a year ago! on my HDD vs the pics the Sony fans were digging up to try and downplay this game.

wow... i knew the gameplay was like that all along.. but watching them not using the wheel thing to control the squadmates just makes it exactly like gears of war style gameplay. awesome video~!

Looks good, I was thinking the game play in this video looks like gears of war also, but with a cool scope on the weapon at the end.

The guys face never changes... the animations are choppy.. The gunplay is abysmal at best..

It looks as good as PDZ. No where near gears.. thats for sure.. Halo 3 looks better than this game.

The Gameplay is 100% terrible, we have all seen the high res images from Game.tm. That isn't a SONY based site as xbots are trying to convince people.

THe in game looks terrible. The Cinematics look great.

sonykid please ask yourself who are you fooling?, everybody on n4g knows that if this was on the ps3 you would swear to your death that this game was phenomenal, ha ha give it up sonykid, the game looks great every other website has said the game looks awesome, we've seen hundreds of pics and plenty of vids of this game in action, so I just dont understand why you think YOUR WORDS will change anything, oh thats right actually you're trying to convince yourself, then hopefully all the ENVY inside that you have for this game might go away, oh OK well in that case maybe if you say it a few thousand more times even YOU will believe the BS coming out of your fanboy mouth= Good luck with that=

I just emailed my Bros and said that with HL2 (got it last night - ACE!), and Halo3, I'm all gamed up until March 2008. Hmm.. Maybe this one needs to be collected too!!

That is the coolest looking video I have ever seen of this game... with the little fast jumping creature.... but I think you guys are only pwning yourselfs....this game doesn't look that special at all...its going to have the same Scifi suits...buildings.. I don't know. Looks boring. It might not be but I have a feeling even only half of you guys are going to actually LIKE this game. Unless you just a loser and likes whatever comes out on the junkbox. We'll see and if my friends say its that good this might be the last 360 game I ever purchase. As for now it looks like an extremely generic episode of Stargate sgo1/Battlestar Galactica. They have seriously rean Sci-Fi into the ground.

while the players character uses cover, it sure is nice of all the enemies to stay still in the open or run into the open so they are easy to shoot......yea, that's a real nice enemy AI..... a real challenge.
