Xbox 360/PS3 Ports That Would Be Great on Nintendo Switch

Here's a list of Xbox 360/PS3 games that would be great on the Nintendo Switch (at a modest, reasonable price of course). These games could really flourish if given a new lease on life, introducing a new generation to their greatness.

I'm sure R* knows the Nintendo Switch install base and probably dont really care to port over more R* games to the Nintendo Switch tho i gotta say playing GTA4 & RDR1 on the go on the Nintendo Switch would be dope

Knightofelemia509d ago

I would buy Lollipop Chainsaw, Alice Madness Returns, Enslaved, Splatter House, Brutal Legends, Dante's Inferno, and Dead Space for sure if they were ported to the Switch.

Mobis-New-Nest509d ago

Deus Ex Human Revolution would be a great title to The Holy Grail of All Consoles aka The Nintendo Switch*. Also Haze Remastered, Grand Theft Auto 4 and 5 Remastered, Silent Hill HD Collection, Max Payne 3 Remastered, Call of Duty World At War Remastered, The Orange Box Remastered, Halo Master Chief Collection, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 Remastered, Metal Gear Solid 4 Remastered, Afro Samurai Remastered, Demons Souls Remastered, Xmen Destiny Remastered, Jack and Daxter Collection, Def Jam Icon Remake, Folklore Remastered, Spiderman Edge of Time Remastered, Persona 5 remastered, the list goes on. (*Best Selling Console of All Time)

Can we just get a Bully 2? 😒

Seriously? Isn't it time Nintendo make a Switch successor? I mean they have the sales and money.

These picks aren’t that great, obviously it’s entirely subjective but still

roadkillers2d ago

Control is $9. There's a lot of good games. It's just weird seeing games 5+ years old going on sale for $20. Back in the early 2000s, if a 5 year old game was on sale it would be under $5 at walmart.

$11 in the year 2000 is $20 today adjusted for inflation.

FinalFantasyFanatic2d ago

Ever since the pandemic ended, I think developers are less willing to give good discounts, there's a few I've been waiting on good deals for, but 4 or 5 years later, they're not hitting below $50 (aussie dollars). Nintendo in particular are guilty of this, especially for their first party games.

BrainSyphoned2d ago

Mostly a whole bunch of titles from the subscriptions of the world at not cheap prices.

Literally read the title wrong and thought it was a list. That's what I get for trying to post articles first thing in the morning.

Rift Apart for 30 bucks is pretty good. Everything else here is either barely a discount or has been free on PS+

Angyobangyo1d 11h ago

There are no free games on PS+, you're paying for a subscription service to play games.

MasterChief36241d 9h ago

@Angyobangyo
Yes, I think we all know this. No need to be pedantic.

Amplitude8h ago(Edited 8h ago)

@Angyobangyo
Honestly one of the sillier things people say. "Free on PS+" means if you have a PS+ subscription you get the game without any additional cost. VS Sales like "50% off with PS+"

(I don't pay for a single game subscription service btw. You can still call them "free on ___")

Duke191d 18h ago (Edited 1d 18h ago )

I love browsing the PS store constantly, but the “sales” are pretty constantly shit imo. It’s always the same games on “discount”. I think better PS5 deals are found elsewhere for games.

Opening this list with Hogwarts Legacy at $47 tells you all you need to know

Spec Ops: The Line - Can War Ever be 'Just' Entertainment?

Spec Ops: The Line was a 2012/2013 release that tried to exemplify that war shouldn't be entertaining through an entertainment product.

ZeekQuattro25d ago

Recently downloaded this on my Series S. The game still holds up. Shame it never took off.

spicelicka24d ago

The should remaster or remake it, even though it holds up.

TheBrainZ25d ago

Never got around to playing this, another lost to the ever-expanding game library.

kevco3325d ago

You really should give it a go. There's a 'turning point' of sorts which is truly staggering.

TheEnigma31325d ago

This is a good game. Been playing it on the deck.
