Thankfully, you have the Wuthering Waves community to turn to for advice as they might help you solve the dilemma of investing money in the game.
Wuthering Waves Players Offer Solutions for the Dilemma
One concerned player, Key-Literature1454, was in that exact position. They noted: “What if I spend money and the servers shut down in just a few years? Is Kuro Games a reliable company like Hoyoverse? After playing WuWa for a few hours I am still not able to gather the confidence about this game’s longevity”.
Devoted community members jumped at the opportunity to help a fellow player. CasualCereal explained: “With the way Kuro is handling Wuthering Waves and how much revenue they’re making, I highly doubt that the game will end in just a few years. This game is definitely here to stay, and I can only see it getting bigger and bigger as the years go by”.
Z-Dadddy added: “Wuwa made more money than Genshin did in June. Considering it’s in the top 3 Gachas, it’s very unlikely it’ll only last a few years because they’re making so much money. It’ll have longevity. Especially bc Kuro listens to the player base”.
So, if you are worried that Wuthering Waves will suddenly disappear or be discontinued, there is most likely no need to be concerned. Most players noted something along the lines of why would anyone discontinue a game that is making so much money. The data really shows that WuWa has been breaking all kinds of records since its release in May.
There Are so Many Ways You Can Spend Money, So Choose Wisely
On the other hand, if your dilemma is more about the necessity of putting money into Wuthering Waves, some players gave very convincing arguments on why you don’t have to invest in it. Most players, like Sea_Championship7868, advised buying more games was the way to go. They stated: “Don’t spend money. Just buy Elden ring or something”.
TokageLife gave some pretty useful advice. They noted: “You will get bored and quit most Gacha games long before the company actually goes out of business. Whether or not you feel it’s worth gambling over fake digital goods over just buying a real game or real-world product is a completely different discussion though”.
In our opinion, one player, ScrapPotqto, gave the most sound advice. This player said: “General rule of thumb: If you have expendable money, go ahead, spend it on anything you want Gacha, figurines, cards, other games. I have spent quite a lot on Gacha games. And I have abandoned some of those games when I got bored of them and I don’t regret it because I paid to have my fun”.
Honestly, we’d say if you have the means and you really like something, go for it. If it brings you joy, and it’s a safe purchase, why shouldn’t you treat yourself? It’s important to enjoy the little things in life, like the July codes. Maybe just wait a little, as the community is asking for new characters or a collab that would spice things up.
