Release Date for Valorant Agent 25 “Smokedancer”
The release of the Valorant Episode 8 Act 2 is almost upon us. Typically, new Agents are added to the game with the launch of a new Act or Episode, but this isn’t the case for “Smokedancer”. Riot Games have confirmed that the release date for Agent 25 will be during VCT Masters Madrid on March 24, 2024.

Who is Agent 25 in Valorant?
At this time there is no information about Agent 25’s name and nationality. Furthermore, leaks suggest that the Agent’s call sign will be “Smokedancer”. The leaked art is full of butterflies and pink and purple colours.
Currently, leaks have suggested that Agent 25 will fill the Controller role in the game. Furthermore, this means that “Smokedancer” will be the 6th Controller added to Valorant. The previous Controller that was added to the game was Harbor on October 18, 2022. Being a Controller means that Agent 25’s abilities will most likely be oriented towards map control and helping your team’s setups. Taking into account the rumoured call sign, the abilities of “Smokedancer” could possibly be smoke-related. If this is the case, Agent 25 will be a great addition to Valorant’s roster of characters.
