The First Descendant has a list of characters you can unlock, and with every new Descendant unlocked, you’ll get a new personal quest, like Follow Their Traces. Nexon’s newest game is full of interesting lore, and personal quests put a spotlight on every individual Descendant.
Undoubtedly, Bunny is one of the most popular Descendants currently in the game, and being one of the first unlocks certainly helps. Luckily, her personal quest, Follow Their Traces, gives us a backstory for this character and reveals her origin. However, locating Bunny’s records can be difficult, but we are here to help.
How to Complete Follow Their Traces Quest in The First Descendant
Follow Their Traces is a personal quest that becomes available to players after they research Bunny. The personal quest can be checked at any time by using the Descendant Exclusive Quests section in the Quest tab. Additionally, these quests provide backstory information about Descendants and Follow Their Traces revolves around locating Bunny’s Records.
Once the Records are located, the Emergency Communication Records – Agent Cayden Voltia will be added to the journal. To listen to the Record, select Journal in the main menu, and then go to Records. All the Records concerning playable characters are located in the Descendant tab. Records you managed to collect will be here, and the ones you’ve not read will be marked by a red exclamation mark. Select the one concerning Bunny to listen to her backstory and find out what has happened to her parents.
Where to Find Bunny’s Records
The records concerning Bunny’s parents are located in the Restricted Zone of the Sterile Lands. This means that to get to the records, players have to complete a Successful Infiltration quest for Sharen, which will grant them access to the Restricted Zone.
Once in the Restricted Zone, go to the Jammer located in the southwest part of the region. Continue moving south from the Jammer until the cliff is reached.
The record is located on these cliffs, so head slightly to the east and you cannot miss it. Once located, hold the Check Records button to collect it, and then you can listen to it by using the Journal in the main menu.
