Does progress from The Finals Beta carry over?

The Finals open Beta lasted from October 26 and ended on November 6. During its run, it gave players a taste of Embark Studios’ new online multiplayer shooter. Players who took part in the Beta made some progress in the game – unlocking more weapons and gadgets for each class, skins, and more. But will progress from The Finals Beta carry over with full game release? Read on and we will reveal everything that will carry over from The Finals Beta to the full game release.

Will progress from The Finals Beta carry over in the full game release?

The good news is that on the full release of The Finals, cosmetic rewards will be carried over from the Beta. This means, that all cosmetic items and skins bought from the store or unlocked through the Battle Pass will be in the players’ inventories on the game’s lunch. Ranked Tournament stickers will also carry over to the full game.

The Finals has two in-game currencies. There are Credits that you can spend in the Store to buy skins and cosmetic upgrades. And there are VRs that you can spend to unlock items for the game’s three classes. Depending on the class you will have different options for weapons, gadgets, and skills to unlock.

Sadly, weapons and gadgets you unlocked during The Finals Beta will not be carried to the game’s full release. This means that on day one of The Finals release all players will start the game on equal terms. In short, you will have to grind VRs by playing the game to unlock all weapons, gadgets, and skills again.
