One of the most popular dancing celebrations in previous Madden NFL games, the Griddy, is back in Madden 24, and it’s here to stay. The dance move is associated with the Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson, and if he is your favorite player, you’ll want to learn this iconic celebration to rub it in your enemy’s face. So, if you want to impress your friends with a fun celebration, continue reading as we will dive into how you can do the iconic Griddy celebration in Madden 24.
How to Do the Griddy Celebration
- You will need to play a team with either Justin Jefferson, Ja’Marr Chase, or D.J. Chark in your game
- Score a touchdown with any of the players mentioned in step one. It doesn’t matter whether you are scoring while receiving or running.
- Once you score a touchdown, flick the right stick to Signature. If you’re on a PlayStation, hold the L2 button and push the right stick to the left to select the Signature slot. Alternatively, if you’re on Xbox, hold the LT button and push the right stick to the left to perform the signature celebration.
- Now sit back and enjoy your character pull off the Griddy dance celebration.
- 2,800 Madden Points to upgrade your Ultimate Team roster, customise your avatar with new uniforms, and more.
As mentioned earlier, only Justin Jefferson, Ja’Marr Chase, or D.J. Chark can use the Griddy celebration. Still, there are exceptions with some players such as Patrick Mahomes that have a chance to perform this celebration if they run out of bounds in a key fourth-quarter situation. That said, it is very rare, but do keep an eye out for it and try your luck to see if they do the celebration.
