The First Game Was Released on Mac
For those unaware, the first Cities Skylines game in 2015 was released on multiple platforms. One of those platforms was Mac (OS X). At the time, this version of the game was rolled out alongside Linux and Windows. The game was released on consoles in the years that followed including Google’s now-defunct cloud gaming service of Stadia.
Paradox Interactive is known for rolling out titles like Cities Skylines on various current-gen platforms.
