Mere days before the Liberty Day, something unexpected has happened. As you probably know, devoted Helldivers have had some trouble with the latest Major Order. The freshly introduced Jet Brigade proved to be a true challenge for the Helldivers 2 players. Just as the players regained some ground, Joel threw another curveball, consequently the Jet Brigade is now everywhere.
The Jet Brigade Took Over the Galactic Map
At the time of writing this article, it’s been a couple of hours since something strange occurred. All of a sudden the entire Galactic map was covered in Jet Brigade icons. The flying Automatons have seemingly spread everywhere, even to the bug front. The one place that even the bots avoid seems to be the Gloom.
Now, could this be just by some dev’s mistake, like that infamous slip in September? Well, since the devs didn’t address this “issue”, we suppose it’s by design, not a bug. However, the players are still quite unsure of where to start and what to do with the Jet Brigade.
Helldivers 2 Players Discuss Possible Causes
The Helldivers 2 community can’t decide if they should brace themselves for the Jet Brigade on bug planets, or if this is just a glitch. Raven-C noted: “Everyone sees it but I think it’s a bug. Wouldn’t make sense for them to be on the Terminid side too”.
Another player, Poetess-of-Darkness, stated: “I feel like they tried to have it only appear on the bot front and it bugged on the Terminid side tho. So I think it’s intentional for bots. Not for bugs”.
However, some players claim that it was the pesky bots all along. Mailcs1206 suggested: ” Must be a communications attack by the bots to sow fear in our ranks”. E17Omm added: “Can’t wait for the dispatch about the bots hacking our displays to put fear in us”.
