Disney Dreamlight Valley – How to Get Red Potato? And What’s it For?

Disney Dreamlight Valley is about to be officially released in a couple of days. It’s every Disney fan’s dream, where you can interact with famous characters from Disney and Pixar. Characters like Scrooge McDuck, Moana, Goofy, WALL-E, and others. The game is full of content and quests, and one of those is a secret quest that involves finding various colorful Potatoes. Today’s topic is the Red one, so let’s see how to get the Red Potato in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Get Red Potato in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Getting the Red Potato is quite simple really. Note that Red Potato and other Potatoes are only available after you have unlocked the Golden Potato. Simply head on to Remy’s House in the Village (note that from 6 pm to 10 pm Remy is asleep and his house is closed), and interact with sparkles that appear where his refrigerator and countertop are. This will give you one Red Potato. Simple as that. But, what’s it for?

How to Use Red Potato

Red Potato is needed to ultimately obtain the Raging Red Potion. First, you must cook a special meal called The Icy-Red Stew… Yuck. To do so, head on to any Cooking Station and combine the following ingredients.

• Red Potato (from Remy’s House)
• Slush Ice (available for purchase at Chez Remy’s after completing The Unknown Flavor quest)
• Lobster (you get them by fishing where the Gold Ripples are in the Glade of Trust)
• Raspberry (found by foraging in the Plaza or Peaceful Meadow)
• Chili Pepper (you can grow them from Chili Pepper Seed or buy them directly, both from Goofy’s Stall in the Sunlit Plateau)

Combining these items in the Cooking Station will yield one The Icy-Red Stew… Yuck. Then, head on to Ratatouille Realm, and there just place The Icy-Red Stew… Yuck on the window where you place your completed orders and voilà, you will get the Raging Red Potion.
