Diablo 4 Season 2 is nearing its end and fans everywhere are wondering what the next season is going to be about. But when is Season 3 of Diablo 4 going to start?
Diablo 4 has Seasons, quarterly events that are perfect for introducing and testing out new mechanics, ideas, storylines, etc. Seasons can only be played with a Seasonal Character, a special type of Character made specifically for that Season. Season 1 was named Season of the Malignant and introduced a mechanic called Malignant Powers. Some of those were so popular that Blizzard decided to bring some back in the form of Malignant Rings. Season 2, the Season of Blood, is still ongoing, and it has a vampire theme, with Vampiric Powers. But what about Season 3? When is Diablo 4 Season 3 exact start date?
Start Date for Diablo 4 Season 3
It is finally confirmed. The start of Season 3 of Diablo IV will be January 23rd, 10am Pacific time. That is the same date on which Season 2 ends. Blizzard follows the same release pattern as was for the release of Season 2. The end of the Season of Blood will mark the beginning of Season 3. Season 3 is titled Season of the Construct.

End Date for Season of the Construct
Careful investigation of the Blizzard’s news article has revealed the supposed end date of Season 3. According to a photo Blizzard posted, on the Season tab of the main menu, it says that Season 3 lasts until April 26, 2024.
Release Schedule of Previous Seasons
Seasons in Diablo 4 are designed as quarterly events, ie, there will be four of them in a year, changing approximately every three months. Season of the Malignant began on July 20, 2023, and ended on October 17, 2023. Season of Blood began on October 17, almost as soon as the first Season ended, and will conclude on January 23, 2024. According to the official information on Blizzard’s website, Season of the Construct starts January 23rd. As we expected.
