These Vaults are a new type of Dungeon and a focal point for Arcane Tremors. And that is not all. You will have your own mechanical buddy, called Seneschal Companion, that you can take care of, pet, and upgrade. Since we mentioned upgrading, there seems to be a bug with that option. How to Fix the Seneschal Brazier Bug in Drums of the Vault?

Thankfully, Blizzard is aware of this problem and offered a workaround, while they are working on a more permanent solution. To fix this problem, they propose that you “enter a new instance”, ie reload the game. Simply log out of the game, log in back again, and you should be able to click on the Seneschal Brazier now.

In the case that does not work for you, some players suggest that disabling crossplay solves this issue. To do so, go to the Options menu then find the Social tab. There, at the top, you’ll find the Cross Network section. Uncheck the Cross-Network Play option, log back into your game and that should fix the bug.
