How to Get Azurewrath in Diablo 4
Azurewrath is a Unique item that can only be obtained on World Tier 3 and 4. Other than that, you can get it like any other Unique item – by random chance or by target farming a specific Boss.
Azurewrath can drop from enemies (of minimum Level 85), you can find it in chests and in Nightmare Dungeons. Helltide chests (Tortured Gifts) are also a great way of getting Uniques and if luck is on your side, that unique will be Azurewrath.

Azurewrath is a Unique One-Handed Sword, exclusive to the Barbarian Class. It offers the usual batch of weapon bonuses and a unique freezing effect. Its in-game description is: “The ancient runeblade of the angel Izual, Azurewrath was miraculously spared the corruption that consumed its master.”
