Verify the integrity of game files

To do this you will have to start Steam. In Steam Library right-click on Counter-Strike 2 and select Properties. Select the Installed Files tab and click on the last option Verify integrity of game files. It will take Steam a few minutes to go through all the game files and re-download any missing or damaged files.
