How to fix the “Download Incomplete” replay error in CS2?
Sometimes when you try to download a CS2 replay you will get a “Download Incomplete” replay error message. This happens if you try to download a game you just finished, or is in the process of ending. To solve this problem you can try two options that will lead you to the same conclusion:
- In the same tab in which you Downloaded the replay demo, you can Delete the replay demo directly by clicking on the trash icon. It is located in the bottom left corner of your screen. Then simply click on Download to download a new replay demo.
- Open Steam and right-click on CS2, from Manage go to Browse Local Files. This will open the File Explorer and CS2 installation folder, and then enter the csgo folder. Locate and enter the replays folder. You will see a bunch of demo files there. Sort them by time, and delete the most recent one. Now you can run CS2 and Download a replay again.

How to download the replay in CS2?
To download a replay of your game you simply need to find a game that you have played recently. Bear in mind that CS2 does not hold replays longer than a few days, or around a week. You can do this in CS2 by clicking on the TV icon in the top-left corner of the screen. With a game picked, you simply need to press the green Download button in the bottom left corner of the screen to download the replay.
