The next installment of the popular cyberpunk ninja-slasher is about to go live. As with most modern games, it has its own Season Pass so let’s read on and see if the Season Pass for Ghostrunner 2 is worth it.
Ghostrunner 2 is the sequel to the lightning-fast slasher set in a post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk world. An AI cult has infiltrated the last refuge of humanity, and it is your job to stop them. Riding a motorcycle, slashing cyborgs with a sword, or throwing shurikens at them, this game promises some high-octane fun.
Is Season Pass Worth It?
Season Pass for Ghostrunner 2 offers lots of cosmetics and some game modes in the future, so it’s worth it. It is priced at $20 on its own, but better yet, it is a part of the Brutal Edition. So if you want to pre-order the game, have Early Access, and get the Season Pass, then the Brutal Edition is the most cost-effective way to go. The Season Pass itself will be available to purchase from December 7. But what comes with it? Let’s see.
What is in Season Pass?
For starters, the devs have promised an “Ice Pack” DLC, with ice-themed cosmetics (3x Sword Skins, 3x Hand Skins, and 1 Motorcycle Skin), releasing on Thursday, December 7. Furthermore, you will get access to a new game mode called Endless Moto Mode, which will be released in 2024. What comes next is only partially known. The official statement is ”1 new game mode and 4 cosmetic packs (each cosmetic pack contains 3x Sword Skins, 3x Hand Skins, and 1x Motorcycle Skin)”. But the Season Pass trailer has some info on what to expect in the future.
