Diablo 4 – How to Get Uber Unique Items and Complete List

Diablo 4 Season 2 Duriel

Uber Unique items are items in Diablo 4 that are so rare some people claim they don’t even exist. We are here to shed some light on that subject so read on to see how to get Uber Unique items in Diablo 4.

Finishing the campaign is not the end of the Diablo 4 experience. You still have World Tiers 3 and 4 and 50 more levels to tackle, and a ton of more and more powerful items. Each Uber Boss has a chance to drop some Unique items., but what about Uber Unique items?

How to Farm Uber Unique Items in Diablo IV Season 2

The best way of farming Uber Unique items is fighting Uber Duriel. The complicated part here is that for Uber Duriel to be summoned, you need Shards of Agony and Mucus-Slick Eggs. Those are obtained by defeating other endgame Bosses (specifically Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint, and Echo of Varshan), so it may take a while. Note that Uber Duriel is not the same as Durel, King of Maggots. Each Uber Duriel has around a 2% chance of dropping an Uber Unique item when defeated. Incredibly low, but still better than taking down an Elite enemy, or farming those Nightmare Dungeons and Helltide Chests for a one-in-a-million chance. Note that these items cannot be obtained via any Vendor nor can you buy them with Platinum.

What are Uber Unique Items?

Blizzard designed Uber Unique items to be ridiculously rare, with a supposed drop rate of one in a million. Season 2 added Uber Durel as a more reliable way of farming them, with a supposed 1/50 chance of dropping one. There are some conditions that have to be met first in order to even have a chance of finding one. The first condition is that you have to be playing on World Tier 4. The second is that enemies defeated have to be at least Level 85 and above.
