New RPG ‘Zodiac’ Announced From ex-Final Fantasy Developers

looks like a Vanillaware game, love those, it's turn based so shouldn't need physical controls so I don't mind it on iPhone,the good news is that it's already in English.

Didn't say it was bad, really at this point iOS is comparable to 16 or 32 bit era games, but rather I was complaining about PS3/PS4/360/XB1 having to be 3D/AAA productions with real time mechanics and realistic graphics. No one seems to realize what that's done to the industry.

iOS is not middleware for consoles.

before people complain about it being mobile. just check out the video. it looks decent and doesnt look like one of those money grubbing f2p.

graphics / animations remind me of dragons crown for some reason.

Yeah I was thinking Dragon's Crown, or even Child of Light, with the art style. It looks gorgeous.

It's not because of micro-transactions etc. that I don't want to play on my iPhone. I crave physical controls on a device I can kick back and relax with. For me, that doesn't happen on my phone. iPad would probably be okay, though I would still prefer a Windows version!
