I'm currently playing it in co-op with a friend of mine, and we are having a blast. Granted we don't play every single day because we know it may get repetitive, but so far we are enjoying it. The best parts about it is when certain situations just goes to complete crap out of no where and we had many funny moments whether it's related to the cars going way off road or running eachother over. Its the moments with your friends is where the game shines.

Now, as a single player game this is simply not worth it. It is pretty much made to be played in co-op.

Wildlands is a fine example of a game that a lot of critics shit on and yet turned out to be a great game to a lot of people. It was the best selling game for months and while the first DLC was a ridiculous pile of garbage, Fallen Ghosts was pretty good and they have supported the game with challenges all the time and the multiplayer is pretty interesting for tactically minded players. It's not like the GRAW series, which were a kick in the face of the original GR players, but a bit a return to the old GR as well as a lot of new stuff like the open world that is more varied than a GTA game, excellent weapon and character customization and 3rd person, which I was worried about but feels good after a little while. To me it's a cross between the old Mercenaries and Far Cry 4.

One of the best gmes we ever played in coop. Its so huge, looks great, and we just cant get enough of it. The Predator hunt was awesome.

Future Soldier was incredibly good in comparison. You could do more in terms of stealth including automated shots to the head if needed and running into prone. The melee system was also satisfying.

This game has great shooting but nothing else.

i love this game as SP. I play Co-op every once in a while, but its the perfect game to knock out a couple missions, take down a couple cartel members and then go to another game and come back when you feel like you are a in a sniper/tactical mode or just want to blow stuff up.

I loved wildlands... You should play it if it's in your backlog. I don't get the gaming media hate for this title. The world is gigantic and diverse and the missions are exciting.

The setting is interesting but as someone who was born in South America the trailer made it seem like Mexican cartels took over Bolivia. While Mexicans cartels have influence everywhere they don't control Bolivian crime infact Bolivia is one of the few places in SA where drug related crime has dropped.
