I think 100% longs for finished and not gimped games.

oasdada3289d ago

I guess im the other 70%.

open world is good but that doesnt mean everything should be open world.. i think liner games have their own place and experience. think about all the best games uve played and Atleast half of them wud be non open world games

Dark113289d ago

Yes more open world is a good thing.
now with that being said, ubisoft games are worst example for open world game design.

We need More like R* and less like Ubisoft.

Damrock3289d ago

30% rings a bell....

Oh yeah how complete Ac unity was when they released it

jholden32493289d ago

Hahaha, that was a good comment :)

Jalva3289d ago (Edited 3289d ago )

Well they did say they weren't going to ship a 70% AC game.

Too bad Ubisoft games all play the same.

DarkOcelet3289d ago

Yeah, they do.

Climb a tower mission structure was almost in every game they had last year. (The Crew, Far Cry 4, AC Unity)

And the repetition of those games were unbelievably bad.

Dario_DC3289d ago

Sorry but it's still a taste kinda thing...
Not to mention most of Ubi games are open world, tower climbing, repetitive and somewhat boring games... Still haven't finished FarCry 4 for example because I find it's lack of story just plain boring....

Gwiz3289d ago

Blood Dragon, the best thing coming from them.
I'm pretty sure the devs had full creative control over that one.

Hey Ubi, here's a gun, don't shoot yourself in the foot.

*Ubi takes gun, aims at foot, empties clip*

At this point, only dummies have any hope left for Ubi-junk games.

Every industry has these issues

Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
